This company is just not ready to have paying customers. It's been so painful the entire experience of getting any of the basics to work. I tested them alongside Persona and Buebirds. They are a 2/10 just in basic customer experience compared to the others. Now that does not mean they may not get there one day but it will require this founder and team to take implementation and customer success seriously. Average response time is 8 days. They were the most expensive of the 3 but I genuinely wanted to help this Founder and see if he really had what he said he did. They are selling something they cannot deliver on right now. Maybe 3-6 months down the road and a proper team focused on customers and UI/UX this can be turned around.
