Jamshid, Customer service manager did a great job at helping us figure out the technical problem we were having with the cold plunge. We had changed the filter and there was no motion and Jamshid showed us step by step making sure we understood what to do for the air pressure to be working. I was in need of a chiller as my previous (non Coldture) chiller broke. I heard Coldture was great to deal with and bring a Canadian company was even more enticing.
I email Josh who rrturned my email immediately. I told him my needs and he was able to help me. Everything went smoothly emulating in a purchase of a chiller that fit my previous tub. Josh was knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
Amazing customer service and product

Spend Big, With Very Little support
The worse thing about buying an expensive item from Coldture, they act as if you just bought a $4 item. How do I order something in May and receive it July with defects and Coldture blames the manufacturer. I bought it for my business and my business partner bought another sauna and still has not received his sauna and its almost been 3 months. False promises, and they don't respect their customers,. Bad decision on my part for not checking reviews before purchasing

Coldture Water Chiller Pro
We purchsed a Coldture Water Chiller Pro to pair with our cold plunge, and it's been absolutely phenomenal. Super easy and intuitive setup, easy maintenance, and works like a dream. It's been 30-35 degree celcius summer weather in Squamish, BC, and it keeps the water crystal clear and cold to our desired temp (usually 5-6 degrees celcius) even through the hot afternoon sun.
Equal to the quality of the product is the exceptional customer service. Their team is super responsive and help problem solve at a moment's notice (the need for help has all been user error so far! haha).
Amazing product and company. Fully recommend on all fronts. Thanks Coldture!

Coldture Cold Plunge
We recently purchased a cold plunge from Coldture. We are really enjoying it. Josh Moscoe and Lee Merten were amazing to deal with for the purchase and set up. The chiller can be set to the specific temperature you want and it works perfectly. The classic tub is roomy and allows you to sit in it comfortably. Highly recommend!

I did extensive research while decided which cold plunge to purchase as there are so many companies out there. I decided to go with Coldture because of a variety of reasons - but, mostly because of the customer service from Josh. He as amazing to work with and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I cannot wait to receive my Plunge Pro.

Truly fantastic service and products. Josh and the entire team at Coldture were so nice, responsive and informative. All my questions -- and there were a lot -- were answered both by email and phone, pretty rare I feel in this day and age. The chiller and tub just arrived and were super simple to set up and everything is working great. I'd absolutely recommend Coldture and their products to anyone.

Looking into cold plunge products for some time my DIY was a failure and decided to go all in. Tried to buy local from pool/spa sales was not happy with inventory and sales knowledge. Set up a time to talk on line 10 minutes later received call asked a few questions and 5 minutes later Bought the Classic with chiller. can’t wait to get up and running.
Responsive Customer Service!
I have been researching home cold plunges for a while. I was impressed by the Coldture website and the pricing on their portable unit. After culling down our options on cold plunges, I contacted their customer service to ask a few questions and to inquire about delivery times.
I was astounded that I was able to set an appointment for a rep to call me the following day (on a Sunday afternoon!) Josh called and answered all of my questions. I placed my order on the phone with him then.
I look forward to receipt of our cold plunge in a couple of weeks and will be sure to write again once we have a chance to use it.

The culture air pro chiller was an upgrade from a cheaper chiller of mine that broke with zero support available. I debated it because of the cost and I can assure you you get what you pay for. The quality, the craftsmanship the support the availability of help is 5 Star. They have even answered my questions on a Sunday evening. And the best testimony of all, the temperature right now is 41 Celsius or 105.8 Fahrenheit and the water is still at 3 Celsius or 37.4 Fahrenheit.
The ease of maintenance is so easy no extra chemicals needed. I would highly recommend to purchase a chiller from them. You will not regret it.
Also, I wanna give a shout out to Josh. He has been fantastic and has walked me through purchase to set up to the thousands of questions I’ve had and never once made me feel like I was bothering. In this age, it’s rare to find customer service like this so thank you. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking.

I saw several 1-star / bad reviews here. It is very unfortunate however I like to share my experience. I got the tub and chiller combo and got delivered promptly.
2 boxes delivered and I assembled... and stupid me.. in the haste of excitement... I did not connect green to green and red to red ( I watched all the videos!!! ).. thus the unit was not working properly and the water in and out were reversed!
I called Support... Lee called me back right away. ( He was in the middle of a baseball game! ) He was patient with me and walked me through the steps to ID the issues. He and I even jumped on Whatsapp video calls to sort things out so he can see the layouts/ connections etc!!! ( And it turned out it was an ID10T issue. its an "user" issue )
I had to switch the hoses/ re-tape the Teflon tapes etc. and Lee called me back multiple times to make sure I was ok. I called him back when the hoses were re-installed and he went thru the steps again and he checked the chiller display info/ flow rate with me. And finally it was all settled! Throughout the calls Lee was patient, courteous and supportive. Our last video call I think it was around 7pm PST.. you can tell from the video background, it was late in Ontario and Lee was just as supportive and encouraging as our first call.
Well...NOW...this is amazing customer service/ support. Coldture was there for me when I needed it the most!!!!

I recently purchased the Pro Plunge Lite from Coldture, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the entire experience.

I have been researching and reviewing "doing" cold plunging for sometime. I started in my bath tub every week with bags of ice, which was getting expensive, then I resorted to cold water only and that wasn't doing anything for me. I researched Coldture (loved that it is a Canadian company) but didn't think I was ready to make the investment/ commitment to the cold just yet... for Father's Day 2024 I got a $150 cold "bucket" from the family, it was a great second step, but again the ice trays, pop bottles and flimzy set-up only lasted the summer months. all the while I continued to get communications/advertising and offers from the Coldture team. I was a typical tire kicker putting my order in the cart online and walking away. Finally I spoke to Josh real time, and frankly the service and explanation that I got on why an actual set-up would do myself, the cost and the time saving for me and my family wonders was the push I needed. We are a very busy sports family 3 kids in hockey, lacrosse and soccer, I also run and weight train 3 days a week +coach in the winter, so it was time. Finally my Chiller Pro Bundle arrived and we set it up immediately, Josh and his service team (specifically Lee :) was there every step of the way We now cold in the morning and go for a HOT plunge before bed, it's game changer, my 15 yr old son who play lacrosse, swears his pre- and post practice and game routine. My running has gotten "slightly" faster, my sleep is better and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Thanks to the entire Coldture team, we are hooked and convinced!
