Coliving Vibes is a coliving space in Barcelona with two properties in Badal (Sants) and Collblanc (L'Hospitalet de Llobregat). Our residents are international professionals, postgraduate and doctoral students, digital nomads, and remote workers aged 23–37. Most arrive for work assignments, studies, or personal projects — often relocating from abroad with no local network. The community is genuinely international: people from across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and beyond. English is the common language of daily life. Every applicant goes through a selection process. We look for independent, respectful people with compatible profiles — curious about others, but equally comfortable with their own space. The result is a calm, functional environment where people focus on their work and projects without noise or drama. Many residents stay 6 months to 2 years. That's not a coincidence — it reflects how well the community fits together. When people feel at home, they don't leave.

We had a great experience!
We spent two months living in this coliving and really enjoyed our stay. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the metro, with two lines close by. There are lots of supermarkets in the neighborhood, and a new Lidl opened right around the corner.
The atmosphere was always peaceful and friendly, and the team takes good care of the space: everything gets repaired quickly and kept clean.
The Wi-Fi works well throughout the space, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook properly.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Smooth life in BCN!
What was suppose to be a temporary stay ended up being 4 years and 2 months. I had such a nice experience in the coliving, I met people all around the world and some of them are nowadays best friends I made in Barcelona and we had lots of fun and nice conversations everyday. The flat administration provides a very well maintained and clean environment and are ready to help with anything, they are very reachable and responsive. I surely recommend the place

Good house management
This is the first place I booked blindly in Barcelona, and I'm still staying after 2 years afterwards. The house is clean and comfortable with various nice things like a big ensuite bathroom, AC system, good internet connection, laundry room, and common spaces. The contracts are fair and with everything mentioned, this puts your mind at ease when it comes to just living your life.

Me hospedé junto a mi pareja en Coliving Vibes Collblanc durante 6 meses. Fue el primer contacto que tuve con Barcelona y no pudo haber sido una experiencia mejor. Conocimos mucha gente y aprendimos de muchas culturas distintas, eso fue lo que más nos gustó! Ana y Jo siempre estuvieron presentes cuando teníamos alguna duda o había que resolver algún inconveniente, sin duda son los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener! La casa siempre está impecable y tiene todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente. Recomiendo al 100% 🫶🏼🤩

Nice and confortable international coliving…
I stayed there for 2 years and it has been great. It's a very confortable place. Despite there are 9 rooms always occupied, it's not a crowded place at all. It has always been quiet and calm, abd the owners keep the flat always clean and provisioned with everything we need. I recommend it.
Besides, the people there is international, from all places, and there is always a nice mood and a good colinving mood.

En Coliving Vibes, nuestro compromiso es proporcionar viviendas de alta calidad y un servicio excepcional a nuestros inquilinos. Parte de este compromiso implica asegurarnos de que todas las obras y servicios realizados en nuestras propiedades cumplan con los más altos estándares. Desafortunadamente, hemos enfrentado desafíos significativos con las obras realizadas por Lezard, que han llevado a múltiples problemas no resueltos, afectando la calidad de vida de nuestros inquilinos y la habitabilidad de nuestra propiedad.
Hemos intentado resolver estas cuestiones directamente con Lezard de manera amistosa y profesional, buscando soluciones constructivas para las deficiencias encontradas. Sin embargo, a pesar de nuestros esfuerzos continuos y comunicación abierta, no hemos logrado los resultados esperados.
Es importante señalar que cualquier retención de pago se ha basado únicamente en la necesidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares acordados. Esta práctica es común en el ámbito de la construcción para proteger a los consumidores y asegurar la entrega de obras y servicios de calidad.

Mi experiencia en el coliving fue genial. Estaba súper equipado, todo muy limpio y el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Jo fue muy amable y servicial. Además, me encantó que tuvieran claras reglas de convivencia que aseguraban que todos se respetaran mutuamente. Definitivamente lo recomiendo!

Desde el primer contacto son muy amables y te ayudan con todo el proceso, los departamentos están en buenas condiciones, organizado y sobre todo limpio a pesar de su antiguedad. Los recomiendo sin dudas :)

Todo lo que de puede esperar de un apartamento en perfectas condiciones y completamente amueblado y equipado. La gestión del apartamento es algo realmente apreciable. Todo se encuentra muy organizado y el gestor se encarga de coordinar el servicio diario de limpieza, la compra común y el mantenimiento del piso. Un lujazo: Todo incluido y sin engaños

Highly recommended
Ecerything is taken care off. The apartment is bright and clean, contains everything you would need to, from bathroom towels to clothes softener for washing machine. All kitchen equipment, living room area, Netflix - anything you need.
And the best part is that the landlord is very helpful, apartment is taken care of, if there is any kind of question or problem it will be solved emediately.
I stayed in the apartment for 6 months and I would highly recommend it.

I have spent four months in this flat
I have spent four months in this flat. My experience has been awesome. While it is true that you share the flat with quite a few tenants, the environment is mostly international. One can really enjoy interchanging culture experiences with other foreign people. Furthermore, the flat is very nice and the cleaning lady help us maintaing the flat very clean and tidy everyday. However, I had a bad experience with one of the neighbors that really got angry because leaving a garbage bag temporary outside the flat. My understanding is that it was not true first time that the neighbor was angry with us. Anyway, besides that, I really loved to live there.
