Nous comprenons tout à fait votre impatience de voir des résultats visibles sur votre peau, c'est tout à fait normal !
Cependant, comme pour beaucoup de compléments à base de collagène, il faut souvent un peu plus de temps (généralement entre 4 et 8 semaines) pour que les effets se manifestent pleinement, notamment sur la peau. La régularité est la clé !
Nous vous invitons à poursuivre votre cure et à bien vous hydrater, ce qui peut également contribuer à optimiser les résultats.

Marine’Beauty Collagen is NOT NEUTRAL in taste as advertised. I dislike to drink it in water, and I don’t want to change the flavor of teas, milk, etc. when mixing the products.
I don’t know what the best solution might be.
Also, please change the PACKAGING from heavy PLASTIC Container to lightweight, environmentally conscious packaging.

Please know that we’re continuously working on improving our formulations to suit as many preferences as possible.
Regarding your comment on packaging – sustainability is a top priority for us. We have spent a great deal of time and effort evaluating the most responsible packaging options. After reviewing numerous studies, we deliberately chose our current container because it is 100% recyclable.
Many alternative options – including some lighter packaging forms – are made of composite materials that contain multiple layers of different substances. These cannot be separated easily and are therefore not recyclable in most systems. Our choice ensures that the packaging can truly be reused in a circular system.
We truly value your concern and your input, and it’s thanks to engaged customers like you that we continue to evolve.
