I placed a order in December 2024 for a tshirt. Recvd a email January 2025 stating that I should receive tracking information between 1/17 and 1/19. No tracking orders recvd. I made a call and was told there was a backorder because everything is handmade. It's now 2 months later. Still no tracking information or order received.

I have done the virtual response and texted to the number given and I have not received a reply in two days.
Bad customer service. Order has shown confirmed for 5 days and still has not shipped. I hope it arrives even though it will be after the event. Ordered on December 29th.

Shirts look great. Fantastic price and super fast shipping.

I thought it would be safe to place an order more than a month before the event for which I was ordering the items. After three weeks I finally emailed to inquire. A few days later I got an email saying “We’ll be shipping that order within the next couple days”. No apology, and unwilling to use express shipping even though I offered to pay extra. The stuff arrived after the event, and it was cheaply made and didn’t even fit well. Really disappointing.

The item was to small & I wanted to return but they said we will be glad to exchange! But if not we will issue you a refund & they said keep the item & donate and you will receive a refund! I am in the process of ordering another item .. Staff was very helpful & polite .. Great Service 👍

The fabric of this t-shirt was soft and high-quality, the workmanship of the school logo was skilled, and the shipping was so fast. Now that I know you are also local to Michigan, I will check your website first for every purchase.

Very nicely made product! Plus, I ordered it on Wednesday, and it was delivered on the following day, even though I just did the free, five-day shipping!

Extremely disappointed in both the communication and the product. When I emailed about the length of time it took to received something I was advised I was and an email which I wasn’t as there was a “delay”. The items came in and there were not as pictured and I was advised it was me that it was just as pictured but it is not. I would say buyer beware they don’t back their good nor is the product as pictured.

This was my second order in the last couple months. I had an issue with delivery and customer service promptly responded with a resolution. Very pleased with the customer service and products and will order again in the future.

The hoodie we received was not the same as the hoodie that was pictured. The lettering on the picture, and the lettering I wanted, was a dark brown. The actual lettering on the hoodie was more of a gold color. 50 bucks!

I do have to say I appreciate the response from CollegiateSet. Honestly I figured out that once I paid and the item arrived I was on my own. I am impressed and thanks for the refund. That is certainly unexpected and over-the-top customer service.

The delivery was on time and the shirt looked like the picture .
