Bij Colmex word ik altijd geholpen door Murat, ik hoef hem maar te mailen of appen en eigenlijk binnen een uur geeft hij antwoord. Nooit is iets teveel gevraagd en helpt mij altijd nog dezelfde dag. Dit kom ik niet vaak tegen bij een Broker, dus alle lof voor Murat.

No dan valoración en euros y atención al cliente no se preocupa
Al operar depositas euros y lo cambian a dólares ,pero cuando vas operando solo ves las valoraciones en dólares y al declarar las ganancias o perdidas tienes que buscar el valor de cambio para poder sacar tu mismo la valoración en euros de las operaciones, y otra cosa que no me ha gustado que te compras una acción la bloquea la sec y colmexpro no te da ningún tipo de solución más que esperar y llevo así desde octubre con la cuenta bloqueada y sin respuesta para hacer uso de ese capital parado . Una pena porque la corta operativa que hice era interesante pero atención al cliente no da soluciones
