If I could I would give this zero Stars! I dyed my hair decide I didn't like it use the color oops it took out the color however it left my roots bright orange. I got in contact with customer service and all they can do is keep running me around and around without no solution they do not care. So all I can say is buyer beware! And don't even bother with customer service because they're a bunch of ridiculous individuals that are just full of excuses and not solutions!

I followed the instructions to the letter. I wanted to lift my permanent dark brown ( professional colour not box dye) back to the bleach blonde I had underneath. It barely lifted anything and my hair is now mid reddish brown. The 20 minute development time doesn’t seem long enough as even when the time was up my hair was not the brassy blonde I was expecting.
It didn’t damage my hair , it was very dry as expected but nothing a good conditioning mask wouldn’t resolve.
I’ve used the brand Colour B4 previously and it worked perfectly. I’ll not be using Colour Ooos again.

I recently used Color Oops in hopes of removing a permanent black dye I had applied about a month ago (For Men’s permanent black hair dye) and returning my hair to its natural white color. I followed the instructions on the box carefully, ensuring that I left the product in my hair for the recommended 20 minutes, and then proceeded to rinse thoroughly for another 20 minutes in the shower, as instructed. Afterward, I shampooed my hair, and repeated the rinse and wash steps two more times, exactly as directed.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. Despite following the process meticulously, the product failed to remove any of the black dye from my hair. Not only did my hair not return to its original color, but there was also no noticeable lightening or fading of the dye at all. The black dye remained as dark as it was before I applied the Color Oops treatment.

Given Color Oops’ claim of effectively removing hair dye and restoring natural color, I was expecting much better results. However, in my experience, the product simply did not work. I found myself exactly where I started after investing time and effort into a procedure that should have at least produced some visible change.

In conclusion, for anyone considering using Color Oops to remove permanent black hair dye, I would caution that the product may not work as advertised. Based on my personal experience, it did not deliver the promised results.
