switch 2 controller

The colors on my switch 2 controller are fantastic. And it works great! Thank you once again Colorware for a great product! My only complaint is that when fedex delivery was used they sent my controller to my neighbor’s house thankfully I was able to get them back from my neighbor house. Just wish fedex was better delivery service. But the controller works and looks amazing thank you!

Quality detail

I ordered an DualSense Edge for my PS5 I received it 3 weeks after my order. The controller came out way better than I expected price was steep but fair for all the labor they do as to stripping the whole controller down putting several layers of paint, sealer and putting back together. I have a bunch of concepts I want to try, I just wish they kept the option of ordering console plates separately as well but they removed that option and now we must buy a whole system.

Absolutely horrible experience with…Customer Service, Shipping Time, and Customized Order

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Ordered a pair of the Bose headphones and not only did they come extremely late, but they were not even the same colors as pictured on the website. I was told they would ship out in a few weeks- I placed the order no 7/9 and just now received it on 8/19. I kept being told "they would ship out by the end of the week". I FINALLY received the order and was so excited, but then when I opened the package it was not the same colors I had custom picked. I emailed customer service and they said that "Every computer monitor does have different color settings so the colors in reality won't be exactly the same as the 3D renderings displayed on our website" and were unhelpful to say the least. While the blue and the pink colors I chose were both off in shades which I guess I could understand to some degree, part of it was supposed to be orange and it came yellow. Completely different color- not shade. On top of all of this the customer support or sales team is absolutely awful. They are so rude and unfriendly- they treat you like you are stupid. My complaints were ignored and all I got was a "Do you want to return the item?". Completely unprofessional and would not recommend. Wish I had read some of the reviews below prior to ordering- they are very much true.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered bose headphones to be customized and was told that it would take 5-10 business days. I ordered it on 4/3/24. I have still not received the headphones after being told 3 times that they were going to be shipped. The customer support is horrible. I would not recommend this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Gift cards can only be used one at a time

Deceiving gift cards.
I had ordered my daughter a pair of Bose headphones for Chirstmas. I knew what color she wanted and they looked great. I wanted to get my son painted joycons , but didn't know what colors he wanted. So I decided that a gift card was the way to go. The price would be 169 for the pair. I bought two gift cards for 100 each to cover the cost since the gift cards jump from 100 to 250. Whenasked my son if he had used the gift cards, he said they will only let you use one gift card at a time, so he used one for the joycons and put in the extra money himself. I am furious that should be stated in their description of gift cards. I use gift cards all the time at other stores and never ran into this.

Colorware Inc. (Apple Airpods Pro 2)

A couple of months ago I have ordered Apple Airpods Pro (2nd gen) at Colorware Inc. (Jet Black Matte case with Candy Apple Matte airpods). After using them for months, I can only tell that I’m very enthusiastic. The Airpods work very well (as can be expected from Apple). And the paintjob by Colorware is fantastic! Still looks as good as in the beginning.
I can absolutely recommend Colorware.

Excellent quality and customer service

Multiple great things to say! I have bought five pairs of headphones (Apple AirPods of various kinds) from colorware over the years. The second-last pair came out of my pocket whilst riding a pushbike. Surprisingly the paint wasn’t damaged but the headphones themselves cracked. The replacement pair I bought started to develop minor imperfections in the paint after a couple of weeks. When I emailed colorware they said there had been issues with some products of that color (“blaze orange”) and immediately offered me a replacement pair. Overall I’m impressed with the craftsmanship and the customer service. NB Another old pair I bought for my partner in “blaze orange” are fine, so the issue doesn’t seem to be universal.

Custom PS5 controller broken

I have just recieved my custom PS5 controller today and was horrified to find that the actual package was already beaten and morphed beyond shape. Hoping that nothing happened to the inside content I opened it up and was shocked to find that the actual product was already broken with a piece laying in the packaging and the actual case of the controller already cracked.

I have sent an email to the company today regarding the product to be repaired if not, a full refund being provided as this was something my siblings were looking forward to.

I am glad that I did not purchase multiple controllers as I would have been beyond furious if all of them came back broken.

I would not recommend and will update my review to see what ColorWare action.

EDIT: I have just received my package and was delighted that everything was in working order and the quality of the product being nice. Very pleased with the outcome, with the only negative being the wait time

Misleading sales tactics …

I purchased a PS5 controller and before completing the order you have to choose between a 2 or 4 day shipping options. I chose the 2 day which was $30 but once I looked at the receipt it says 5-6 weeks. This was not disclosed before making my purchase or else I wouldn't have chose a 2 day shipping. After waiting 5-6 weeks who cares about an extra 2-4 days? It should be stated before completion of purchase and there should be a free shipping option after 5-6 weeks. I'll keep you all posted on how costomer support handles the matter.

Received my wife's PS4 Friday

Received my wife's PS4 Friday, 30 May around 7pm. Connected it and it had somebody's account already on it, along with their content. Couldn't delete it at first because it said i had to sign in. Couldn't even reformat it. My wife's contract wouldn't work properly because the other profile was primary. Contacted them and was told I'd have to wait until Monday. Thankfully i figured out how to remove it myself, but when they finally got back to me they said they didn't know how it got on there because it was brand new. Very dicey to say the least, and i won't order again from them.
Looks cool tho.

Temporary finish, weak durability

Looks great at first but doesn't last. Way too expensive considering the long-term quality and durability. And if you work-out, sweat or drop the product, then the life-span is shortened even further.

Good Start But Quality Doesn’t Last

They have a good initial finish but the paint can and will begin to peel on their products. I ordered some AirPods and the paint started to peel after 3 months. The customer service has a template reply that basically states that you should have taken better car of them. Save your money or at least have an accurate expectation of the experience.

iPad skin won’t work with keyboard case

Had a skin delivered for my iPad, fitted it fine as per instructions, iPad now no longer works with the keyboard case so will have to peel it off. Complete waste of money and nothing on the product page to mention this might be an issue, support could not have been less helpful. Won’t be buying from them again.

Excellent customer support

Ordered Bose QC25, left earcup defective and broken. Emailed and got a very fast reply, returned and got a FREE upgrade to Bose QC35 within a month after paint. Very, very pleased. Likely will order from them again.

good idea...but poor quality

from their website is all so...wow!!!...yet delivery is extremely slow, and once the product arrives it immediately shows a huge number of major defects...cheap finishings, unglued pieces...and forget about complaining: they treat you like the dumbest nerd on the planet.
too much money thrown away.
