My order took months to complete, delivery was delayed 4-5 times sometimes without letting me know.
I have lost two builders through this experience as I had to let them down several times as a result.
When driver eventually arrived came robwrong address and needed help to offload despite me ticking the box on order saying no help available.
Useless.

Delivery dates for insulated panels are based on manufacturer availability and can change, but we always pass on updated information as soon as it is confirmed to us. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when builders are scheduled, and we are reviewing our communication process to ensure updates are clearer and more consistent.
Regarding the delivery, we are unable to locate any record of an address issue or a “no assistance” note on this order, as all deliveries require offloading support unless a mechanical aid has been booked.

Urbanclad- awesome product
Very helpful when ordering, fast delivery and an awesome product. As far as I know this is the only company producing anything like Urbanclad profiles. Very pleased, photos to follow after installation. I will definitely be using again on other projects.

Insulated roofing panels, ordered early August after 8 weeks i was told they could not guarantee a delivery. They do not hold stock. I went elsewhere and received stock in 2 weeks, i would not recommend this company.

Items missed off order that arrived 2 months after ordering not the 7-12 days they lure you in with, I expected another 2 weeks on top of that not 2 months!
In that 2 months no communication whatsoever. You ring them and they promise to call you back but don’t.
When you do speak to someone they tell you next week, next week, next week.
You ring the delivery department but the delivery department has to put you on hold to speak to someone who. Ight know but obviously doesn’t while you listen to the lies the recorded message has to say.
I thought I was purchasing a product from a reliable family business that made everything in Somerset, it came from Belgium.
Absolutely would not deal with these people again.
The only good thing about them is the delivery drivers. They were very polite and friendly and bent over backwards to help you.

Patience needed!
Ordered insulated panels at end of July that they advertise on their website as being in stock with a 7 to 15 day lead time. Now November and still not got a confirmed delivery date.

Diabolical service, AGAIN.
I first ordered insulated panels from Colour Clad a couple of years back. Delivery took longer than estimated due to various excuses. After giving the benefit of the doubt, I most recently ordered on July 29th. As of October 23rd, the order has not been received. My request to receive an order update was ignored. Colour Clad have so far made no direct communication with myself nor have they offered to send an alternative product.
To make matters worse, I’ve now received Colour Clad marketing emails promoting the exact product I ordered claiming to have “Fast UK shipping”. To add further insult, their website suggests a lead time of 4 weeks! Total and utter nonsense.
It’s baffling how a company with total control over the information displayed on their website willingly chooses to misinform customers..
Utterly disappointing.

Website advertised leadtime misleading
Website advertises 7-15 day leadtime, order placed on 10th September, delivered 15th October! Communication also sadly lacking!

Joke..... advertise stock they don't have , no communication to tell you this so the 7 to 14 days delivery you can forget that so after waiting 28 days contacted them to be told they were waiting for delivery of the ordered item....I waited another 2 weeks to be told the same thing, so I asked for a refund...they told me I would have to request a refund via email. I sent an email the same day to be told it could take upto 5 working days to process the refund.........5 days later I got an email saying they could process the refund or the order was now ready and it could be delivered the following week. I opted for the deliver needing the panels rapid........on the delivery date, i get a call telling me that they had missed my delivery ery off the schedule and it would be another 2 weeks......OMG . The only good part of this transaction was the delivery guy who turned up when he said he would and was very helpful......avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be dissapointed.

Delivery was three months late
Delivery was three months late, with no communication to explain the lateness and delivery did not include one of the items. Given the severity of this failure I will be expecting and seeking compensation.

Recent small order
I ordered a few trims and a metal sheet, but the trims were sent in the wrong colour. However, this was addressed without question and the items were replaced with the correct colour within one week.
The quality was good and I would use Colour Clad Profiles again.
