Excellent customer service and genuine products
Excellent! I was genuinely gutted that I hadn’t discovered them sooner. I had been ordering directly from Calaso/Miron, not realising that Coloured Bottles are the official UK representative for Miron — and they truly offer exceptional customer service.
My glass jars and bottles arrived promptly and were packaged so carefully that everything reached me in perfect condition. Even my Miron representative has endorsed them.
Kiese LTD will definitely be ordering from them again — it’s a real advantage to have such a reliable supplier based here in the UK.

I ordered on the 31.03.26
I have now received the order and it was explained what the delay was. I have fully accepted the reason. The glass containers are lovely and great quality so I will be ordering again now I upstand the issues below. Happy to report that it all worked out in the end. Update 13.04.26
I ordered on the 31.03.26, sent two emails asking about delivery as it said 3-5 days . Not had a response. Following the order through shop and it's saying that the order hasn't even been sent, completely shocking for 6 days. If you an order quick forget it, not going to happen. It's a shame as I was looking for to the candle jars with lids. Will have to do a charge back.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Your order was placed on Tuesday 31st March, and orders typically take 3 working days to process with next working day delivery. We were closed on Good Friday, over the Easter weekend, and on Bank Holiday Monday, so we were unable to respond to your emails during that time. Due to the Easter closure, your order is still being processed within the suggested timeframe.
We’re really sorry for any frustration caused, particularly with the lack of communication, and we completely understand your concerns. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience.

I had an issue with a mistaken order…
I had an issue with a mistaken order recently, and I could not be more pleased with how this company dealt with it.
Karl personally called me to apologise for the mix-up and made sure everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. As a goodwill gesture, I was told not to worry about returning the additional order, which was very generous and greatly appreciated.
It is rare to come across a company that responds to a mistake with such honesty, kindness, and efficiency. Their products are excellent quality, and their customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish.
I am very grateful for the way this was resolved and would happily recommend them to others.

Can never call through to company. Packages rarely packed very well. Glass bottles end up getting scratched.

Unsatisfactory experience
I received a broken jar. Furthermore, several jars were placed inside the box without any wrapping, which caused them to be damaged, losing their coating and showing scratches and discoloration. This was not the experience I expected. Thank you. Images attached.

Lovely product, and when a few of the bottles arrived smashed (only 4 of 125) Samantha organised replacements sent out the same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

No indication when I booked that it would take over a month to be posted
Received an email to state it would be sent out but wasn’t
The package has not arrived - I was working on the day so rescheduled - due to the weather it then did not arrive however now notification from the carrier was received. They attempted to deliver on a random day with no prior warning until that morning - again I was working. Now I am unable to arrange for a day when I will be in.
