Terrible order experience

Terrible order experience. It took so long to receive my order. There were multiple delays. Also, prepare to pay an exorbitant amount of money if you live in the US. This is technically not the company's fault, but the website should provide an estimate of how much customers would pay for customs fee (I had to pay $70 plus for customs). Sometimes, the communication was friendly but response time varied a lot (sometimes it would take them one day and other times it would take a lot more than that).

AVOID at All Costs.

I paid for express delivery in the UK and still waited several months for my order to arrive. The entire experience was a complete mess from start to finish. Communication was appalling. I sent nearly 30 emails, many of which were ignored entirely, and the responses I did get were slow, unhelpful, and full of excuses about manufacturing and shipping issues.

There was no accountability whatsoever. No compensation was offered and there was no proper option for a refund despite the excessive delays and poor service. It honestly felt like once they had my money, they had no interest in resolving anything.

To make matters worse, the products were nowhere near worth the time, effort, or frustration. The quality did not justify the wait in any way.

Do not be fooled by the flashy marketing. It creates a completely false impression of what you will actually receive. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have had and I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Placed a Black Friday order

Placed a Black Friday order, chased it up weeks later to then be told it was out of stock. If that’s the case, a) why let me place the order and take my money and b) knowing after the fact it was out of stock, why didn’t they proactively refund or contact me?

Customers should not have to chase brands for updates, especially if the stock isn’t even there to begin with.

Really disappointing service. I understand small businesses can sometimes make mistakes but the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. Happy to take people’s money but not happy to actually deliver what was paid for.

For US customers

For US customers, I found their business practice deceitful. I ordered the jeans for my son on Black Friday when the website showed the jeans were in stock with shipping in 3-5 days. A few days later, I received an e-mail that the jeans were in fact NOT in stock, and my order had been changed to a pre-order so it would take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I received an e-mail that the product would be shipping out soon. Two weeks later, I received notice that the jeans had finally shipped out. Wondering why the shipping was taking longer than expected, I checked the tracking to find the product was being held for some commercial invoice. We finally received them after 10 weeks from ordering date. Then got notified we needed to pay an additional $68 in customs fees. So 10 weeks and an extra $68 for the jeans.

Would recommend

I dont know why everyone is complaining. The fitting is perfect, the quality is verg good and it arrived within 2 weeks after ordering.

Cant return it if it fits badly and…

Cant return it if it fits badly and looks different than the picture because its a "preferential return" go check their policy they will only allow you to return if theres a damage its ridiculous. Other than that it took over a month with shipping for a short distance this company is a joke. Such a greedy way to doing business and treating your customers

Nothing is going right.

First of all, the Black Friday purchase turned out to be a pre-order. This dragged on for more than two months. Customer service is difficult to reach: you have to wait at least a week, when they reply at all. (However, they remain polite and cordial in their messages.) There was very little communication about the progress of the product's manufacturing. Everything stayed unclear the whole time. They also managed to fill out the customs paperwork incorrectly. The result? Taxes higher than the original price of the pants. Despite all these issues, the pants seem good though.

been months since I placed my order

been months since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my items or a response to my numerous inquiries. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but my emails go unanswered.
I also noticed that they are deleting my comments on Instagram instead of addressing the issue, which is incredibly dishonest Since they refuse to communicate or return my money, I am now initiating legal proceedings. If you're considering buying from them DON'T

I ordered in November for a Christmas…

I ordered in November for a Christmas present. Still haven’t fully received my order ( it’s January 24th). Many, many messages to the company with no resolution offered. They refuse to just refund my purchase.

Horrendous company to order from

Ordered items in 1st of December 2025. No communication. I followed up in January asking for money back. Before response they shipped goods. I told them I had asked for money back before they decided to ship it. They indicated that there was nothing they could do as it had been shipped. Absolutely rubbish customer service. They have really swindled me. Avoid them . Quality is also not great. I would give 0 if I could.

I placed an order at the beginning of December and I still haven't received it. I sent an email earlier this week asking for an explanation and I still haven't received a reply... Avoid this seller!

As for other reviews here same experience delayed by 6 weeks refused to cancel order despite 3 emails now they’ve shipped despite this. I’ve arranged a chargeback through my bank BEFORE they shipped. Waiting to see who wins. Do not order form these guys - terrible customer service and I’m not sure of legal rights as it’s not a uk company.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, worst i have ever dealt with. When purchased, it said would be delivered within 4 days. It has only just been shipped, a month later. I contacted them multiple times ablut this, and they only responded after the third attempt. I then asked to change the delivery address as the one it was being sent to is empty for multiple weeks over christmas. They said yes, but then didnt update the delivery address and it has been sent to an empty house, likely to be stolen. Cannot comment on the quality of clothing, but no matter how good it is, it doesn’t warrant the atrocious customer service.

They do not provide a commercial…

They do not provide a commercial invoice for shipments, meaning packages don't clear US customs. Customer support is non-existent, and they are not able to solve the problem. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE IN THE USA.

High quality denim

Amazing quality denim and fit is true to size. Didn't pay any extra fees to ship to the US and am extremely happy with my order. $100 for 14.5oz raw denim with the attention to detail they've shown is extremely impressive.

Unfullilled delivery

It looks like i have the same issue. Told 1-2 days now 4-6 weeks. Then an email about how they are produced in batches which didnt clarify anything. Told i would be kept in the loop as to production, since then no respons to further emailS. Very dissapointed hope this isnt a scam. Come on COLOUR PLANE respond to everyone with this issue please.

Ordered a pair of jeans for my son as a…

Ordered a pair of jeans for my son as a Christmas gift, a week later I got an email saying 4/6 weeks until delivery. This wasn’t advertised when I made the purchase and if it had been I wouldn’t have made the purchase.

To make matters worse I requested a refund which was refused as I was ‘locked into the pre order’ which I had no idea about. It seems like a scam to me.

An Absolute Sham of a Store - Stay Away

The order which was supposed to arrive within 4 business days suddenly became a 'pre-order' arriving in '4 to 6 weeks' despite being in stock ready to be shipped out when I purchased it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift... Safe to say you should stay away from this store if you do not want your loved ones disappointed and your money ripped off.
