They sold me what I wanted, a RAL colour fan. Delivered quickly, reasonable cost.

We have been buying colourtrend paint for years and we were excited to try the new brand platinum on our new build . We are very disappointed as it’s quite patchy and marks incredibly easy even though it claims to be suitable for all surfaces .
I still love colourtrend paint but I don’t buy platinum again and if you are thinking of using it maybe go the traditional route for doors and skirting as it marks so easy. We did buy a washable Matt paint .
It’s a great concept but unfortunately it didn’t work for us personally.

Love Colourtrend, colours and quality

The online ordering and delivery service was fine, and the paint was well-packaged when it arrived. It's probably easier to go to the local DIY or paint shop and buy the paint there though.

There was an issue with the delivery of my order that was returned to Colourtrend. I have emailed Colourtrend twice and unfortunately got no response. I am now looking for a refund.

Unfortunately, the delivery service timeline was not met with this order. Ordered on the 29th of July. Received it EOD on August 4th, so definitely consider that when ordering. I had to cancel a painter at short notice!

Paint itself is great coverage and colour is true to how it's represented on the website.

I have been using Colourtrend paint for years, but live abroad now and had to select paint remotely. They have a great visualizer, fast service and excellent quality paint.

I've purchased from them before as I think their paint is superior, and also I want to buy from Irish companies. But I must tell you something else that made my second time purchasing from them a unique and happy experience: I had ordered, online, 6 individual litres of paint for my log cabin. The woman in customer services rang me a few days later while the order was being processed to ask if I really needed 6 individual cans or was I just looking for 6 litres of paint. There was an €80 difference (in my favour), if I purchased one 5 litre can and one 1 litre can and she wanted to ensure that I wasn't overspending unnecessarily.

In the world as it currently is with such incredible and bare-faced greed and dishonesty, I was so struck and so happy to find a company that went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. This is the way to do business. I will never buy paint from anyone else again, and I will be telling everyone I know to go to Colour Trend. A great company with a great culture.

Good customer service. The paints I ordered arrived on time and with no issues. Paint quality is very good, my walls are looking so much better now!

The paints are very good, but customer support is terrible.

The parcels are not well protected and get damaged during transport. Few paints arrived with dents and leaks and finally one wasn't delivered due to damaged.
I'm trying arrange replacement for over a week. Takes 2 days to get reply to email :/
