Have been ordering clothes from them for the last 6 or 8 months. Love everything I have got! Shorts and underwear fit is perfect, shirts are extremely comfortable. Shipping is sometimes a bit slow after big sales but that is understandable if stock gets depleted, otherwise most orders I receive within a week. Fit, durability, and comfort of everything has been top notch. In the very few times I have needed to contact customer service it has always been quick and easy solutions. Will continue ordering more!!

Fast shipping. I received my order quite quickly which was a nice surprise. Nice quality on the ball caps and the t-shirts are comfortable and run true to size. Had to go pick up feed at the hardware store and got a compliment on the t-shirt. Will return to shop for more t-shirts at a later date.

I was on the fence about Combat Iron after my first order a few months ago due to slow order fulfillment and lack of communication I experienced.
Following their recent reorganization and shipping improvements, I decided to try again and I'm glad I did because whatever happened, they are now "born again hard"!
I placed an order last Monday, received fulfillment notification on Tuesday that my order's delivery was enroute scheduled to arrive on Saturday! That was awesome, until Amazon Delivery screwed the pooch and delayed my delivery by 2 days then notified me they were sorry for delay and were working to resolve. I reached out to Amazon Monday to get details on the delay and received an Amazon email response stating my order was 'lost' and to notify Combat Iron.
I contacted Combat Iron custy service on Tuesday, sent them the Amazon email I had received, and the Combat Iron Team notified me Wed morning my order had been re-filled and on the way via USPS!
Thanks to Leo and Keri for the super-fast response to my issue and a really smooth experience on the Combat Iron part! I highly recommend these guys and recommend checking out their snapback low profile mesh hats. My fav is the "Pineapple Express" and my wife rocks the "topo". I wear mine to work every day and have received numerous compliments from coworkers, friends, and fam! Guess I needed some color in my life.... Keep up the good work Combat ......"Long Range"!

I feel I was misled! When I looked at the picture of keychain it was attached to a grenade, why didn’t you send both?
If you were just selling the key ring and violence tag, you shouldn’t advertise it attached to the fake grenade! False expectations!

After an order issue (where an item was scanned to the package, but never made it into the package) and having Kari help me out with the issue, and get the same item mailed out, I greatly appreciate her time and help in the matter. I honestly think yall should get rid of the "leo" AI reply on the Customer Support side. it does nothing to reassure me that my issue is being resolved.. really jsut pissed me off.., but after recieving the original item, that was missing I made another order. Love the apparel and gear! Keep making good shit! ..and give Kari a raise!!
