Took FOREVER and once recieved the color was NOT like the picture more of a pukey color, the straps were lanky and terrible and the overall all size was awful. I tried multiple attempts at try to return the product and I thought they had a good return policy but NOPE

Way too small, poor quality fabric. Delivery was slow, and customer service has been terrible. I ordered XL silk long johns, and what I got was perhaps big enough for a large child, not particularly soft or smooth. When I asked to return them, I was offered only 15% back and told to give them to a friend. I could alternatively pay to send them to China, with no guarantee of a full refund.

Place an order it's been a month still have not received my pants. How is this place even in business it should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and be taken down and sued for deceptive sales

I would give Cargo pants a -1, it’s been 3 weeks and they have never sent me a tracking number and very hard to contact them by email. The phone number they posted doesn’t work either. They are a scam

This company is a rip-off. AFTER they get your payment, they say it will be weeks before your item is delivered. When you want to cancel, they tell you that you cannot. The item finally arrives: You have ordered and paid for a silk long underwear set. What arrives are two articles of clothing with no tags and labels are in Chinese which translate to 95% viscose, 5% rayon. NOT SILK. The “customer service” people do not acknowledge this. EVER. No matter how many times you mention it in emails. When I filed a dispute with my credit card company and informed them, THEN they suddenly were able to provide a return address IN CHINA. Even though the return address on the envelope the garment arrived in was in the U.S. This company is absolutely the worst! The lies and flip flopping would be funny except I am out $50 and have wasted a lot of time arguing and having my legitimate concerns ignored. And I HATE being ripped off!

Order took two and a half months to arrive. I inquired after 3 weeks and did get a reply with tracking info. However when the products arrive the size was ridiculously small. I ordered a woman's medium and the waist size of the product was 20 inches. Not medium in USA.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Bought two pairs of pants, waited almost 2 weeks for them to ship only for them to never be delivered. When I advise the carrier they were not delivered that advise I contact the vendor and their info email address is a total joke. Looks like based on the reviews I'm just another person who got scammed.

They sent me the wrong size and color of 2 pants. There was no packing slip or phone number to arrange for a return.

Long shipping and wrong item sent - they sent a substitution as my item was out of stock without notice or authorization. Shop expects you to pay international shipping to return an item you never ordered.

They are continuing to say “we JUST moved our warehouse to China” even though their website says New York address, and they told other ppl on here the same thing a year and a half ago. Absolute drop shipping scam. PayPal sided with vendor on dispute even though the vendor sent a note in my order saying they substituted my item. Absolutely pathetic and I’m embarrassed I didn’t think to check trustpilot before placing this order.

Pants material was very thin. Color wasn’t what I ordered. They look nothing like the photos. I will never purchase anything from them again. Buyer beware!

They sent the wrong pants. They were similar but clearly a much worse quality than what was pictured. Very thin and like a wish or really cheap Chinese dollar store quality. They were definitely not the same pants pictured. Different pockets andeven a different shade of blue. They refused to let me return them after going back and fourth with them for weeks through email even sending and highlighting their return policy clearly stating if the wrong item is sent they will pay return shipping and exchange or return. They refused. I ended up having yo contact my bank and report fraud and the bank refunded me. Sizing was way off also. I ordered XL ( I am 5 ft 4 inches and 150 lbs. They were so small I couldn't even pull them up. They also send hundreds of spam emails every day I had to block them

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Holy dude, I ordered some cargo pants over a little a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I was skeptical at first and now i’m thinking I should’ve looked over the reviews before placing an order.

The return policy is a scam. The return policy states you have to pay for shipping, but THEY DON'T SAY the returns have to be shipped to China. Return Policy says tracking is recommended...BUT YOU HAVE TO USE IT OR YOU WONT GET A REFUND. It was $8.21 to ship the items to me. But to return these to China, with tracking, it's $87.35. If I had known this, I would never have made this purchase. Pants didn't fit. I used the sizing guides and measured myself; 4 out of 4 pants didn't fit. The return policy is a scam. DO NOT Purchase from this company.

I bought two pair of "Judy Blue" brand jeans and received generic no name jeans. They refused to accept my return for a refund.

Update on my old review after sending a very sharp email I received my order. Came in black I ordered pink and then also came with a card to say merry Xmas and they hope I appreciate my Xmas pyjama pants … I ordered overalls … quality is ok

Terrible company! I ordered what their website showed as Judy Blue jeans and received a no label, pair of poor quality jeans. Returning them to China would cost more than the fabric it took to make them. When I disputed it with PayPal they lied and said they represented exactly what I received. Dishonest people work for this company. Do NOT buy from them!

I would give them no stars if I could. Looks like they are great. They sent me pants I didn’t order because the ones I ordered were out of stock. No tags and it took 3 weeks to get them. I said I didn’t want them and they offered 15% refund to keep them. I said absolutely not and wanted to return them for a full refund. They finally replied with an address and I have to pay shipping. Total scam!!!

So I had an advertisement come across on Facebook for specific Judy Blue items on sale for 30% off. The reviews all looked great so I placed an order for two pairs of pants. Originally all of the fake reviews said shipping was super quick, the product they got was just like what they ordered and if needed returns or exchanges were easy. Absolutely not... took from may 5th to May 28th to get my NOT judy blue jeans. These jeans were not even hemmed at the bottom of one pair, uneven, loose threads, the other one the pockets on the butt were uneven by close to an inch. I don't need any help trying to get extra looks for an uneven butt. Then they wrote back that they don't sell Judy Blue rather Judy Blue inspired. That's not what the sight said. So I can either... get a 20% refund to my card, a gift card to their store for 50% or pay to ship it to their return department that just moved to China and I pay the return cost. I got a quote. For my one package to go back of two items would be right about $47.00 Disputing this charge on my Discover since it was all lies. Hopefully I get something back. First time I've ever disputed a charge from a merchant I placed an order from.
