If i could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered bodysuits, I spoke to them directly to ask for sizing information, they recommended sizing based on my body measurements. So I ordered them, they turned up WAY too small. When I reached out to have them help with replacement, they told me I ordered the wrong size and there was nothing they could do but give me a discount for next time. Finally, after multiple back and forth, they agreed that it was there error and send me the correct sizing. One bodysuit was faulty so they said they ordered me a new one, but it never turned up, and now their email address is bouncing.

I placed an order December 5 and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent over 20 emails requesting an update or refund and have not gotten responses. You can’t reach them at their help line either. The information on my order still says “Awaiting information” according to the Shop app. Complete scam. I’m so pissed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

SCAM! Placed an order on 20th December, now 27th of January and still no order delivered. Received a response to 1st email I sent. And nothing since then. And going by other reviews I guess I won't be hea ring from them or getting my money back. A little disappointed with the Shop app also, as I trusted the businesses they promoted. Only to now be $100 out of pocket. And $100 I couldn't afford to have stolen from me.

Bodysuit looked amazing on the advert. Like a fool I fell for it. Purchased it with a further item included in the price (which is why I thought I could justify it but it certainly wouldn’t have been worth it otherwise). It arrived. Was doll size! I’m not joking, it was the body length that was the issue so it wasn’t even a case of ordering a size too small, it may have fit my 4 year old but that’s about it. Tried to return it, email kept bouncing back. There was no other way of contacting them so I raised a dispute with my bank. We are now months down the line and my bank are STILL fighting it as they are nonsensically saying that they won’t refund as the item arrived and they keep pulling out the tracking document to prove it. Yes! It DID arrive (only one of the two items may I add- so it didn’t ALL arrive) but I didn’t want it. It was not sized to fit an adult woman!! And you won’t let me return it. Very frustrating process. The bank are still fighting and I won’t let Comfyco win! Don’t be a fool like me.

I had a very bad experience with Comfy Co. I purchased one product only, but they charged my card multiple times without my permission.

I contacted their support team several times through email, and they assured me that no further charges would be made. Despite this, they charged my card two more times.

In total, my card was charged three times for a single purchase, which is completely unacceptable and unauthorized.

This has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before providing card details to this company.

Ordered some products off their website and have been waiting for over 74 days for delivery of the shipment. When I emailed them about the product they initially gave me a tracking number and said they would follow up to see what happened with the package (this was when it was only 2 weeks late). No correspondence since. It has been weeks since this company has emailed me back. Package is "still in transit" and the company has got silence after I requested a refund, many times.

This company is trash! I bought a product which was way too small. I requested an full refund, they offered me a 40% off for another purchase. I said no and wanted a full refund. They will not respond to my emails.

Wouldn’t even give a 1star rating!! Poor quality bodysuits, sizing doesn’t match what they clearly advertise on their website and social media platforms… do not bother or wast your money! Shocking company and customer service. No matter if you follow the company’s size chart they are tiny, poor quality material and just laughable at how rubbish they truly are! Just stay away from this company and keep your money! I wish I had! I’ve had reply from customers service but offer of credit note.. why the hell would I want a credit note - your products are shocking!

Poorly made child size item. Nothing about this is shapewear. Its a scam. Please dont waste your money. I’m a usual size AU 8 and an XL is way too small. Would only fit a small child.

If I could give a minus score I would! Tiny doll size items came (I ordered large) would not fit a childs doll. Wasted nearly £50 on garbage, Do not use or buy from this company a complete scam.

If I could give minus stars I would. 2x body suits same size one is 3x too small other fits. Won't reply to emails won't exchange won't refund.
Scam have reported to Facebook who did nothing either. Ads are still on there scam others.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! I bought 2 bodysuits which after following the sizing guidelines were miles too small. I have reached out multiple times on Facebook and email for a refund or exhange with no response. Would never use again! Do not recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous size.Im just an average size women, followed the sizing suggestion and when my order arrived it would be lucky to fit.my 7year old granddaughter..I should have listened to my gut and stuck to a local brand.

The clothes are great, if you get them! I ordered one item and loved it. So I decided to go get more since the quality was so good. I ordered 3 items and received 2. Then I had an additional charge of 29.99 on my card. I call them and they said it was for a subscription, I didn't sign up for one. They said they would cancel and my refund would take 7-10 days. I called back after 15 days of no refund and they claim all there systems are down!

If I could rate them a zero, I would. They are scammers. Do not buy. I receievd very low quality articles and sizing was not true to the size guide. I ordered up a size to be sure it would fit...and the articles are still really small. I contatced them for a refund, but they only offered credit online, quoting their terms of reference. However, also included i t heir ToR it states, if you live in europe you are entitled to 14 days consideration....during which you are guaranteed a refund if you change your mind. When I pointed this out to them...well...RADIO SILENCE. I am beyond livid at this point. Please, don't make the same mistake I did.
