From placing the order online and receiving a phone call confirming order and dispatch details within an hour, that is top class customer service. Delivery also excellent. Easy to assemble, so comfy.

Thrilled with my purchase! Brought the large single egg chair for my garden. I love it - so comfortable. The delivery was actually speedy and whilst the box arrived damaged, the issues we experienced were dealt with properly and fairly by the company. Very impressed and would recommend.

Really lovely quality, I bought the larger terracotta coloured egg and it’s perfect for stretching out on. The dog especially loves it! Came super quickly too.

Ordered 2 chairs. Whilst the quality seems reasonable, they are so uncomfortable. The design means prevents you from being able to relax your head back properly. The cushions were also very thin so not the plush relaxing feel we were after. Sadly customer services weren’t interested in finding a solution, despite being prepared to pay more for something better. Disappointed.

If I could give a minus rating I would!

Completely inept from start to finish. The delivery company that they use are completely unhelpful, and then received a damaged item after waiting 2 and half weeks for delivery!

Comfy Egg were full of excuses and not willing to accept any responsibility.

We ordered an egg chair from Comfyegg a week ago within minutes the company phoned thanked us for the order and it was dispatched. When it came it was as good as the pictures and very comfirtable but there was a slight problem with the rattan. I telephoned and had a replacement 48hrs later. Brilliant service and brilliant chair.

Sometimes it’s nice to be surprised with a good experience, and this worked out really well. Ordered online Sat eve, a phone call on Sunday to confirm order received and that item would be sent Monday. Received first thing Tuesday morning. Egg chair was easy to assemble and exactly per the description and photos. All anyone wants really!

Ordered a double egg chair from Comfy Egg with high hopes. What followed was one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I've had.
The delivery company they use is terrible. Several days passed with no communication whatsoever, and when I eventually rang to chase, I was left on hold for the best part of an hour simply to book a delivery slot.
The chair arrived damaged. The basket weave was frayed and separating. I sent photos to Comfy Egg and, to their credit, someone called me back promptly and offered either a replacement basket or a partial refund - a reasonable response. However, when I inspected further that same evening, I discovered the frame had arrived bent. I rang back to report this additional damage and was met with nothing. No follow-up call, no replacement basket, no partial refund. Complete radio silence.
I was left to bend the frame back into position myself using a crowbar just to get the chair assembled.
To summarise: the product arrived with two separate defects, the courier is poor, and despite an initial promise of resolution, Comfy Egg did not honour either commitment made to me.
I would not recommend this company.

What a great company. Friendly on the phone, efficient and very quick delivery. Even the delivery chap was very helpful and friendly and helped us take the weighty, large box around the back of the house. Building was straight forward with no nuts or bolts missing. I love my chair. I do agree with a previous review that the egg shaped double I ordered is not really for 2 but is certainly a lovely relaxing experience for 1 and I am extremely pleased. I think if you do need it for 2 then you would need to more oval shape. I just need to find the right cover for my chair now. It is a shame they are not available from this company. I will certainly be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Excellent quality, strong frame and comfy seat. Building instructions were adequate. It only took about 30 mins to construct.
Communication was excellent..I was phoned following placing my order to confirm despatch. Delivery was rapid.
However, I ordered the double egg chair and two adults do not really fit unless you want to be completely on top of each other. This is because the back is so curved you completely fall into each other so the width of the base becomes irrelevant. Fine for 2 kids but not for 2 size 12 adults.

Took a bit of a punt ordering from this company without seeing any reviews on here. I have to say, what a great company to deal with. Placed my order online, the next day I got a phone call from someone confirming my order and telling me when it will be dispatched. Something I've not had before. We noticed on the tracking that our item was being sent back with no info as to why. We have a friend who works for the courier company and found out from them that the box was damaged and needed to be returned. We called comfy egg who were surprised they hadn't heard this from the courier yet. Without waiting until the item was received back to them, they sent another one straight out (most companies wouldn't do this). The guy on the phone was very apologetic even though it wasn't their issue and he was very professional. We have put together our item and are very impressed with the quality and glad we ordered from this company. Hope this helps someone when choosing whether to buy. Thank you comfy egg!
