I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company unless you want to bang your headahainst a brick wall and Spencer days and days chasing items an refunds neither of which I've had yet they just ignored you. This company is shoddy at best and a scam at worst you've been warned please avoid at all costs unless you can afford to loose money i can't im disabled living on benefits. Im sure this revieill get taken down. 5 months later snd still chasing a refund

Bad quality and ships from china. Other brands (free the sheep) sell the same items.

The product is ok. Definitely not quality ware, but looks as advertised.
It's typical china ware that you could buy for a fifth of the price on Temu. Maybe they buy it from Temu directly.

Ich habe nichtsahnend 2 der Haifischdecken bestellt. Als ich dann die reviews gelesen habe, schrieb ich ungelogen 2-3 Mails am Tag das sie meine Bestellung stornieren sollten. Nix passiert... Als dann nach 6 Tagen die Versandbestätigung erhielt, hatte ich bei Paypal bereits einen Konflikt ausgelöst da es immerhin doch ein stolzer Preis war.
Fazit: Bestellung kam einwandfrei an, Kundendienst ist aber für nix. Ich habe dazu nie eine Antwort erhalten...

Received wrong product (wrong size), unable to return, they are not responding to any kind of communication (mail, instagram, facebook)

Never got my order!
- Order tracking was useless
- No customer service
- No refund despite me checking a box that says:
Priority Insured Shipping ( Insured Shipping provides shipping insurance for the full retail value of your purchase ) this was also at an additional cost giving me a false sense of security

Received ComfyBlankie but in the wrong size. No response by them despite making several attempts by email, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. I strongly recommend you do NOT purchase from them. Will seek to file a compliant through my credit card and to see if they can assist with getting a refund.

No customer service. Not good when you accidentally put the wrong address in and have no way to change it on the website or order. You may as well not have a contact option if you never answer peoples messages.

What I ordered is not what I received and company has not responded after a week of countless emails. Wrong color, bright blue not grey and sizing way off…I can’t stand up and I’m 5”4, it’s very cheaply made, stitching popping out. No tags or anything identifying company. Negative reviews on website get deleted after few days. Which I didn’t see before I ordered, I only saw positive ones
from a month ago, nothing recent. Just check to see if my review last week was up on website, yet again deleted along with picture..
