Commercialinsurance connected me with one great service provider within a very short period of time. I only wanted to speak with one provider as apposed to having multiple insurance providers contacting me. I switched companies and am very happy.

Didn't even get a quote they wanted me to fill out a packet. I was just looking for a quote. Spent 30min on the phone just to be told I now need to fill out a form with the same information.

Useless
Useless. I was passed from person to person to no end. Each time pretending to be an actual agent, but just someone answering the phone. I gave up after 45 minutes and 6 different episodes of "Can you hold on please while I connect you to an agent that can assist you" I suspect you are one of the companies I was passed on to.
