This was a terrible experience. I wound up answering the exact same questions form 4 different people that I kept being forwarded to. And STILL they couldn't give me a quote, or even what company they were from.

I got a phone call and was disconnected…
I got a phone call and was disconnected after waiting on hold for 6 minutes. I called back and the same thing happened. Called back again and they answered in Spanish and I've been on hold for 9 minutes now.

Woman talked too fast
Woman talked too fast. She got info and then connected me someone who said he could not help me and hung up. What a waste of time. ( I was a licensed agent for 30 years and this was bad customer service).

The worst service I have had
The worst service I have had. Got transferred 5 different times and each person asked me the same exact questions and then the last person at the end who was supposed to give me a quote had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.
