Fantastic service. I dealt with Peter Whitlam and he helped me beyond the call of duty. I was not only a first time buyer, but also purchasing a buy to let under auction conditions with a mortgage !. This required a very quick turnaround which was achieved. Peter went through everything in detail with me as I wanted to start a portfolio. Peter spent hours guiding me through the ins an outs of developing a portfolio - amazing value for money. I will be calling Peter very soon to arrange the next deal. Contacted Commercial Trust and spoke to Ross Walker. He was brilliant and said he could get a few good products for my remortgage. The whole process was really straightforward and no hidden extras. Ross knew the range of very competitive mortgages really well and stayed in touch the whole time until we completed. His colleague was fantastic chasing everything daily and it was really easy to upload documents on line. Premier Property Lawyers were really effective, efficient and incredibly competitive on price! Will definitely use their services again.

From the first call to Commercial Trust to enquire about a re-mortgage of a buy-to-let property to the successful conclusion of 2 re-mortgages, this has been the best experience in all the years we have been in involved in mortgages and re-mortgages for our buy to let properties. The initial contact with Mike who arranged the best deal through to Alex who handled the ongoing process was extremely painless. I was informed about the process regularly so had great peace of mind. Fantastic! Robbie Clarke and Claire revel from admin have been extremely helpful.the whole process from start to finish has been very smooth. Both Robbie and Claire were very supportive, clear and updront with everything. Highly recommend.
