I discovered this store recently; this was my third order, and I have to say that everything went smoothly, with excellent communication. The goods arrived very well packaged, and shipping was fast. I often see attractive prices. I'm very satisfied.

My husband ordered an expensive shearling coat for me from the Comme Toi website, costing well over a thousand euros. After wearing it only once or twice, I noticed that it was shedding excessively. In addition, several seams had come apart in multiple places, clearly due to poor or insufficient stitching.

I still tried to wear the coat again, but the shedding only got worse, with hair sticking to all my clothes. We reported the issue to the shop and sent photos, as it is absolutely impossible to wear the coat in this condition.

After sending the coat back as agreed, communication with Comme Toi became very difficult. There were long periods without any response, and we constantly had to follow up. After several months (during the colder season) without the coat, we were informed that the seams had been repaired and that the coat would be sent back to us.

We then asked Comme Toi to also check the issue with the shedding again.
However, after months passed we got the coat back: the seams have been repaired, but the coat ist still shading immensely. Even just packing it out of the delivery box caused a tone of shedding. The coat is simply not wearable.

According to EU consumer protection laws, a shearling coat that sheds excessively clearly has a manufacturing defect, which must either be repaired properly or refunded to the buyer.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend this webshop and consider it highly unreliable.

Comme Toi è sempre una garanzia sia in termini di qualità che di servizio: spedizione come comunicata in fase di ordine, prodotto come presentato sul sito. Sono oramai 2 anni che faccio acquisti solo online e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo.

Come sempre il pacco arriva puntuale e imballato con cura. Assistenza ottima. Sicuramente consiglio questo venditore.

Personale gentilissimo e professionale, compro online e solitamente ritiravo in via Della Regina, ora più facilmente faccio spedire. Quando posso però ritiro nel negozio perché, guarda caso, c’è sempre qualcosa che cattura la mia attenzione 😄

Ho fatto il reso , mia colpa , in quanto, avevo il pantalone simile nell’ armadio e siccome e’ della nuova stagione , non mi ricordavo ( sarà l’età’) comunque la spedizione e’ stata come sempre celere e puntuale . Il reso ugualmente .

Ho acquistato un cappotto che ho dovuto restituire perchè troppo grande. Personale molto cortese, mi hanno aiutato nella procedura di reso guidandomi telefonicamente. La mia taglia non era disponibile ma sicuramente acquisterò ancora da loro.

Prodotto di qualità e conforme alle aspettative, purtroppo ho sbagliato la taglia ma il reso è stato facile e il rimborso rapido. Ottimo servizio.
