Complete Electrical Solutions Opiniões

Do not use, we were sworn at indimidated, threatened all within minutes of being on site. Accused of things we did not do, tried explaining and was told “ah well f it you fix it”. My elderly father a qualified fire security installer who had his own company and worked for other for years can easily swap out a simple security sensor. No wires added. Swapped like for like and used exact wires used in original sensor light set up. But he accused us of adding wires. Wiring to wrong points. I had to step in as he was getting very aggressive in only minutes of being here. I am trespassing which is how dangerous I thought this person was. Do not use if the resident is female or elderly as he uses threats and intimidation. Refuses to listen. Very unsafe.

We wanted to install a PV array and storage battery as part of some building work we were having done on the house. CES were recommended to us by our architect and for good reason. They have been excellent. Excellent in helping us arrive at a design that made sense for our property, excellent at working with our contractors to fit in with the build schedule and excellent communication throughout. The system was installed a few days ago and now the battery is full, I haven't taken power from the grid in over 24 hours. Would highly recommend them.

We wanted to install a solar power system at our house, so approached a number of suppliers for advice and quotations. All were competent but CES were exceptional. They put in a lot of effort to help us arrive at a design that was best suited to our needs. We're very pleased to be able to say that the CES team maintained the same exceptional standards throughout project, that the system is now installed and working very well and that the same high standards have been maintained in the after sales support.

Just had a combined system of Solar Panels and a Battery installed at the start of the week. Result are better that expected, and the battery has covered the electricity needs during darkness on the last two days, even though it is still mid-March.
Installation took less that two days with very little intrusion.
We were recommended the SolarEdge system, which appears to be very good technology.
We already had an old Solar system (from the days of high FIT payments) and the new system appears to have integrated with this perfectly.
So, a great system design and quick installation.

Prompt efficient service and I needed the certificate urgently this was emailed to me within hours of the completed visit.

I recommend Complete Electrical Solutions for all types of certification work and will return to them for any electrical i need in future.

Very pleased with the service and work carried out by CES.
From Gareth answering the ‘phone to Damon coming to look at what we required and sending the estimate to Zac who worked so hard all day digging a trench etc for the wire to Ian Jones the electrician, all was completed efficiently.
Thanks to all.

Have just had solar PV panels and battery installed by CES and am very happy with the service provided. Pleasant, approachable and willing to explain details to a lay person and to modify the proposal to suit. Everything went to plan, always turning up or calling as promised. Installers were very professional, worked around my own commitments and left the site very clean and tidy. Very pleased to have found a local company to do the work. And confident that customer support will be available if needed.

Efficient, respectful and friendly service. Fitted a new ceiling light on the same day as I made the request, and hoovered up afterwards. Could not as for a better service.

CES recently installed solar panels and battery. They have exceeded all my expectations. Their installers were experienced, efficient, helpful and friendly. The work was done promptly. And communications have been excellent. All in all, excellent.

The team at CES have been really accommodating when installing my new electric charger and replacing the main electrical box in my new home. From proposal to installation the guys have provided friendly and attentive service along with a clean and tidy installation. Will be using them again for sure in the near future.

Complete Electrical Solutions and all the team have been excellent to work with.
This company has been looking after maintenance and new installations at a factory in Cheshire I manage for some time now.
The team respond efficiently and the works are always completed to a very high standard.
Recently we have also been looking into reducing the carbon footprint and are currently in the design process of having Solar PV fitted to assist with this.
Overall I would highly recommend Complete Electrical Solutions.

CES did a good efficient job installing the EV charging unit – it works well and looks good.

From start to finish, and beyond. Kept informed of progress. Always responded to emails. Stayed on the loop even after commissioning.
Cheerful helpful workforce, willing to go the extra mile.

Recently had a Solar PV and Battery Backup system installed by CES. From quote to finishing the commissioning they were really great to deal with. They are professional and very knowledgable. The installation went smoothly, very punctual, sticking to the planned work and dates agreed at the contract sign up. Very please with the work carried out and would recommend their services.

CES helped me out with a job. Turned up on time and also made suggestions to improve on the job. Tidied up. Can’t pick a fault.

Used CES for two jobs now and have had an exception service each time. The guys are puntual, tidy, and always offering advice. Will not hesitate to use them again.

What to say about Complete Electrical Solutions. Well it is overwhelmingly positive which nice to be able to say. Right from the start Damon took me through everything in as much detail as I wanted including the technical elements. Once we had settled on the right Solar installation for me I received a competitive quotation. Its been plain sailing with Damon and the guys and they did a great job keeping me informed along the way and were good to chat to as well. The installation was installed professionally and in line with the promised dates and timescales. I will use them again.
