Just finished and my teeth look amazing! Made friends for life that’s for sure. Such an incredible family run business who genuinely care about their patients! Everything felt so genuine and I could tell from my first consultation it was not just about money with them. Thanks again!

I booked an initial consultation explaining that I have a tooth ache and it would need an urgent attention. I was told it would be £25 so imagine my shock when as soon as I entered the room I was told that an emergency check up is £60! As I was in pain I decided against my better judgement to use their services. Anyway, a few weeks ago my son had a check up and it turned out he needed a filling in two teeth which I was informed would cost £240. However, the dentist who saw him does not work on the weekends so we had to book with a different one. Anyway, it was the same person who charged me an extra £35 for the check
up. So I thought I’ll ask for the confirmation of the initial quote. Once again the price went up this time by £110. She kept talking about it being against the law to charge less?!?! Not sure what law that is. It feels that the price changes depending on… not sure what. Both dentists have the same qualifications and experience…We are not coming back. I feel like they just make up prices as they go and if there’s a range you always end up paying the top end of it. Despite nice offices, it feels incredibly dishonest. If I am told I have to pay £300, please do not change it to £450 for no reason. And please do not tell me because it’s a different dentist. Once again, the same diploma and experience! On top of that, our dentist was 15 minutes late, no explanation given and no patient before us!

Too many hidden fees. Stay away from this place. And yes I still have to continue my treatment here because I am stuck. Go to somewhere where they will tell you all the costs upfront.
After each appointment they came up with something new they want you to pay for. I went to the Harrow on the Hill branch.

I visited complete smiles for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was seen by Malavi, the head dentist and owner.
On arrival the hospitality was amazing. The place is extremely clean and the receptionist is great.

I explained to Malavi that I had a traumatic experience in the past and I was terrified. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. The tooth was extremely difficult to come out and took over 2 hours but Malavi managed to get it out and handled the entire situation with the greatest care. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve just completed my dental treatment at Complete Smiles, and I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. I had a front gap that made me self-conscious while speaking, but thanks to the single implant placed by Dr. Pedro, I now feel so much more confident. Dr. Pedro is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, his attention to detail and calm, professional approach made the entire experience reassuring and smooth. What also made a big difference for me was the option to pay monthly, which made it so much easier to go ahead with the treatment without any delays. I’m truly grateful for the care I received — it’s had such a positive impact on my everyday life.

Had I of known then what I know now I would never of had paid 17k to of had my All-on-4 procedure done with complete smiles in December 2023! I suffered a bleed behind my right eye and have lost 70% vision. My nose runs when I eat!
My results were much better than what I had before hand, but my face was never scanned with a laser to ensure the correct size was achined! Nor was I ever fitted with ‘Demo’ teet.it was one set and one set only! I have never been happy with the size of them they were comparable to children’s teeth!
Also I didn’t realise that the tablet I was proscribed was Rohipnal I had two black eyes following extraction! I just viewed everything as ‘part of the process’
Having now had replacement upper & lower haw I can honestly say just how inferior the original set where,of which I was happy with as I said at the start cos I didn’t know any better! Hopefully things have improved and they now offer showing better result than Pedro photos on his phone, but for the money paid?? However not all was lost cos the implanted posts are great!

Complete Smile - can't thank Dr Sarah enough, very professional, caring and polite. She put me at ease straight away and explained what she would do every step of the way. I was scared but she was reassuring.
Thanks to the dental nurses and reception staff. She did an amazing job on my teeth after I had neglected them for 11 years I highly recommend Complete Smiles - do ask to be seen by Dr Sarah.

My All on 4 Journey has been seamless throughout. With the procedure being an investment and something I have been researching for a few years , I have of course been to many clinics to obtain quotes and check the quality and knowledge. My mum needed a consultation and my appointment was booked with Sarah.
Sarah and the nurse (Aaliyah) were so friendly and professional, they made my mum feel right at home and went through the procedure needed with so much patience and kindness. Overall it was an amazing experience and both Sarah and Aaliyah made it memorable

Very unprofessional behaviour!!! Called me for an interview from Birmingham to harrow. I invested my time and money then they asked if I can start tomorrow but since then no response. They blocked me from everywhere. Please guys stay be aware with this unprofessional attitude and save your time and money.

Honestly the best dental practice I have ever been to! As an anxious patient, struggling with my oral health for many years, I started my Journey with a Implant consultation. 5 months in I have now completed my All on 4 Implants and I feel like a person again! The staff end to end at Complete Smiles have been nothing but supportive and have really built up my self confidence again! The price for All on 4 Implants is also probably the most reasonable in the UK. From my research upon knowing my treatment plan I found Complete Smiles to be at least £5,000 cheaper than other Dental Practices! I highly recommend going to them for any dental needs.

EDIT: The practice tried to “negotiate” with me by offering a free deep clean and a refund on what I paid— on the condition that I change this review to 5 stars or delete it entirely. I said the most I was willing to do is edit the review to reflect that they have tried to make amends for the situation but the man I spoke with was pushy and persistent about me taking it down. He started to make assignations about my character in saying that I was not thinking about his end of things, and that I was welcome to call back once I was ready to accept his offer. Absolutely shady business. Do not recommend.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The worst dentist ever— I would give 0 stars if I could. They advertise this £25 promotion but as soon as you get in there they try to upcharge you for everything. When inside, I was told that the “small x-ray” that came with the package wouldn’t be enough to see what was going on. Since I wanted to make sure I got my teeth seen properly, I opted in.

The dentist then checks my teeth, and says they look fine but they need a clean. I ask about the cleaning that is mentioned in their £25 promotion and again it is “not enough” and I require a deeper cleaning which costs £100. I had to insist that the dentist do the basic clean I paid for because she kept saying there was “no point” since I needed a deeper cleaning. The clean was truly basic— just a rinse and tooth polish that I could have done at home. One of my wisdom teeth was erupted and I was told I would need to come back another day to have work done with the surgeon, but in the meantime for my pain I was to “put mouthwash on a cotton ball and hold it where my tooth hurts for less than one minute”. They said if I wanted antibiotics for the (possibly) infected tooth I would have to pay for ANOTHER appointment which would cost £60. So I left with an erupted wisdom tooth, swollen gums, and no pain treatment or antibiotics.

When it came time to pay, I had to struggle to find the money for the £50 x-ray, which was on top of the £25 charge that I had already paid a £15 deposit for. The receptionist repeatedly tried to charge me £15 instead of £10 even when I told her more than once that I already paid the deposit. I ended up having to call a family member to cover the cost for me and left as fast as I could. DO NOT GO TO COMPLETE SMILES. I regret not waiting for an NHS Dentist.

Complete Smile Harrow, This Dental Clinic opens until 9pm, good service and very fast. I found the price is also reasonable
