I have completed pet 1st aid/CPR. The format and outcome for the course is great and easy to complete. However I did initially struggle to navigate through the pages and had trouble with the format and technology. The support team were very quick in responding to the online chat message I left and resolved the issues

Order a Quality Assurance course to give myself a refresh after having some time away from the profession. knowledge of information supplied was great and I now feel confident going into my new role. I would recommend this course especially if you're looking to brush up your skills or just starting out in the field of Assurance.

Great courses at affordable prices
The courses are very knowledgeable and easy to understand and a great way to educate yourself. I ordered an online course, link to account and course was sent immediately, and of course, payment was taken immediately. But, I could not access course content. I can see the curriculum, but wont allow access to individual modules. Just freezes when 'Loading'.
I've attempted to contact by phone, live chat, email but no response.

Exceptional Course with Excellent Support

poor customer service
After successfully completing my course; i paid for the certification because i need it for my interview they said that it will be sent within 24h it's been 4 days and i have received nothing!!! i tried to contact customer service they don't respond i emailed them many times to get it sent. i don't recommand it at ALL
