And then when I complained to them, they said that you did not purchase this product from us, even though their purchase invoice came with the package and I took a picture of it and sent it to them.

Dear Afshin Salehi, We take such matters seriously and investigated this fully. The order of Delay Gel 30ml was delivered, and the shipping weight by our facility and Royal Mail shows that the parcel contained the item. The photo of the box provided shows that the item was inside the carton based on the creases of the packaging and that it remained fully intact during transit, an empty box does not. Sorry that your claim was denied. Posting multiple 1 star reviews will not change the outcome. Thank you.

Has put me off ordering again.

I left a detailed and honest review yesterday after receiving a March batch of Conceive Plus Ovulation Support that was clearly different (large, yellow tablets that caused nausea and headaches). I provided photos, batch numbers, and a clear explanation via email. Their response? Dismissive, no refund, and claiming the change was “within tolerance.”

They publicly responded to my review — and called me “Abby.” My name is Anny, clearly listed on all my orders and emails. This alone shows the careless, impersonal nature of their customer service.

They also claimed their “only avenue” to respond was through public reviews, which is untrue. They had every opportunity to engage meaningfully via our email exchange, and instead chose to ignore valid concerns.

Worse still, they tried to flag my original review as defamatory — which Trustpilot upheld as completely appropriate. Attempting to silence unhappy customers rather than acknowledge mistakes is deeply disappointing for a brand in the fertility space.

This isn’t just about one bad batch — it’s about how a company handles it when something goes wrong. Conceive Plus failed on every count. The real issue here is not just product inconsistency, but how poorly they handle customer care when something goes wrong. Dismissing honest feedback as “fake” is deeply unprofessional and speaks volumes about their approach.

Think twice before trusting your health journey to a company that refuses accountability.

We are truly sorry that it is not the response you wanted but we base our quality decisions on facts. We also note that there are over 100 verified 5 Star reviews posted by customers on this platform and our website that have also received the same batch as you. It appears by your multiple reviews, on different websites and social media that your intentions are malicious, how sad.
With regards to the change in total price of your orders, that is because your first order benefited from a Free Shipping promotion and subsequent orders had shipping costs applied, this was stated as part of the promotion to all customers.

Huge Tablet Size, No Refund, and Poor Support - Be Cautious!…

I really wanted to like Conceive Plus Ovulation Support. I initially bought it after reading several positive reviews because I was experiencing painful menstrual cramps. After a month of use, I did notice a slight improvement, so I trusted the brand and ordered a second bottle. Unfortunately, that’s where things started going wrong.

My second order took nearly two weeks to arrive, and I had to keep chasing customer support for updates. All I received were cold, repetitive replies saying it would arrive that week. Out of curiosity and frustration, I decided to place another order using my husband’s email and selected fast-track delivery. That bottle arrived the very next day, which left me wondering, why is there such a big difference in delivery speed between a repeat customer and a new one?

When my delayed second bottle finally arrived, I was genuinely shocked. The tablet size was extremely huge compared to my first bottle and the one ordered through my husband’s account. I couldn’t even swallow it properly, I tried, and it made me choke and vomit instantly. I then checked the expiry dates and saw that the huge-tablet bottle expires in 01/2026, whereas the other one (small and easy to take) expires in 06/2027. This was just two days apart in delivery, so why such a drastic difference?

I reached out to customer service again, hoping for some understanding, but all I got was a cold message saying “this is how the product is” and that they can’t refund because the bottle was opened. There was no empathy, no genuine concern about the safety issue I experienced. It honestly felt like I was talking to a chatbot, not a real person.

This experience really shook my trust in the brand. Inconsistent product sizes, unfair delivery practices, and a complete lack of compassion from support, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Please be cautious before buying.

Update after seeing the company’s response below:

It’s very disappointing to see you mentioning two different tablet sizes for Fertility and Ovulation Support when I clearly stated that both bottles I received were for Ovulation Support. This shows a clear lack of attention to the actual concern raised.

I have already shared my order number with your customer care team via email, along with images comparing the two different capsule sizes, both labeled as Conceive Plus Ovulation Support. Yet, I’m repeating it here again for transparency:

Here’s what concerns me most: I received two bottles of the same product(Ovulation Support) within two days, and the capsules were completely different in size. One was extremely large and caused me to choke and vomit. The other was smaller, easier to swallow, and looked identical to my first bottle.

If your official response is that the capsule size has not changed and is “easy to swallow,” then I have to ask, what exactly did I receive in that second order? Was it a manufacturing error? A bad batch? Or worse, something not genuine? Because both are labeled as the same product, but clearly not the same.

Your customer care dismissed it without empathy, just citing your 14-day policy and saying “this is how it is.” But when it comes to supplements that go into people’s bodies - consistency, safety, and trust matter a lot.

At this point, I’ve completely lost confidence in the product and brand.

Rather than acknowledging this serious concern, your public response implies doubt about whether I even placed an order and brushes off the issue by suggesting I confused the product. This kind of response feels dismissive and is not what I’d expect from a brand that claims to care about quality and customer experience.

I’m honestly shocked by your latest response accusing me of using defamation as a “blackmail tool.”

I have raised a genuine and serious concern. I received two bottles of the same product (Ovulation Support) within two days, and the capsules were completely different in size and had different expiry dates. One of them caused me to choke and vomit, and I did what any concerned customer would do, I reached out to your team with images, order numbers, and a request for help&refund.

To be publicly accused of “blackmail” for sharing my experience is not only unprofessional, it’s unfair. If asking for transparency and consistency from a health supplement brand is considered defamation, that says more about your approach to customer care than mine.
I only want an explanation for why the same product differs in form and expiry within days, something no responsible company should ignore.

I hope others reading this will understand how the brand chooses to respond to a genuine concern and consider that before purchasing.

We are very sorry for the delivery issues with your particular order that were due to factors outside of our control. However we must clarify that the capsule size of our supplements have not changed, the capsule size of Conceive Plus Ovulation Support is a little bigger than Conceive Plus Womens Fertility Support and both are easy to swallow. Batch sizes are very large and as a globally trusted and regulated brand, quality assurance ensures optimal levels of safety for all our products before release. With regards to delivery, we do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within 2-3 days and provide live tracking on our website and email updates at each stage of delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Money taken and no item sent

Extremely disappointing service. Ordered on 1st April; website says despatched within 1-3 working days. Like other reviews have said - STILL no update and no item dispatched. I have reached out to their customer service - NO RESPONSE.
Money was taken from my account on 2nd April. I will be escalating this further if I do get a response this week.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY:
I wish you were as quick to respond to this review as you were to my 2 emails that no one has responded to.

Live tracking on your website says - not dispatched.
Any further updates would be great before I escalate with my bank as you are currently breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please do accuse me of false information or abusive behaviour, this is offensive to me. I have simply stated facts. There is no problem with my delivery address. The only problem has been lack of delivery and no response to emails (until literally this morning!)

I ordered and paid for ‘fast track delivery’ (1-2 days) on 20th March and still waiting… caused me to miss my fertile window. Unreliable business

I have ordered a few things from their website on 25th of March 2025 and still (1/4/2025) they haven't even dispatched my order... I have also emailed them, but they haven't even bothered to reply to me. I will wait another week and then I'll request my money back...

Responding to the probably automated reply I've got from conceive.uk: My spam folder is empty and I can track the order which shows I have paid but my order hasn't even been dispatched after a week of making the order... My statement remains that I will wait for a week and I will request my money back from the bank.

Doesn't work

On my third bottle of the ovulation and pregnancy conception and nothing has happened. Understand you must give time but three months and nothing. Some of the other reviews feel misleading after saying one month in something happened but yet nothing

Absolutely disgusting and shocking…

Absolutely disgusting and shocking customer service. A first time customer who has had there parcel dumped God knows where. This is a extremely private and intimate parcel that should be signed for or at the very least handed to the buyer. Contacting customer service about my issue was absolutely useless and a waste of time so now I'm out of pocket by £34 and do not have the item I bought!

I absolutely love your products and…

I absolutely love your products and have been getting on really well with the fertility support and ovulation supplements and my partner is also getting on well with his ones I personally have felt better in myself after just two weeks of taking them.

I did feel a little bit sick the first few days and some cramping but after that I started to feel better and definitely have more energy than I normally do, It’s something I’ve been struggling with for quite some time so I am grateful for those products they have been a life saver for my overall health.

My partner and I have been trying for a baby for 1 year and 1 month with multiple heartbreaks and losses so let’s hope pregnancy happens within the next 3-4 months like other women and their partners say who have had infertility issues have all said.
I will buy more products in the future just not for a little while. Hopefully I will be able to buy conceive plus pregnancy supplements soon when this works.
