It can find a better support coordinator

Also not keep looking for pay without providing proper support for the clients

Numerous times staff were being sent when wasn’t asked but still wanting to get paid , also sending staff home within ten minutes if I was slow in answering, not giving me enough support at all from client services always being difficult.
Was never allowed to contact supports at all regarding shifts I was doing, overkill on confidentiality

My experience with concept care is superb so far. I have come to realise that our client is the foremost; providing supports with utmost care and respect. Concept Care always strive for not just good but the best ever. Be on time, quality service with care and passion.

A Brief Review as a New Team Member

In my brief time with the company specially during Induction, I've been impressed by the welcoming environment and commitment to professional development. The supportive culture is what I want to appreciate the most.While there's room for improvement in the sessions like few things could be practical instead of just theory, I'm optimistic about the journey ahead and eager to contribute to the company's continued growth.

Very professional ready to help any time. Care workers are so compassionate, kind and respectful. We are very fortunate to be associated with Concept Care.

Concept Care is absolutely amazing! They always accomodate all my needs. This means so much to me. I received a beautiful Christmas hamper from them, which included items that were outside my budget. Dean, the General Manager called me a couple of days ago to see how my Christmas and New Year's was for me. I found that so lovely and caring. Aron, my client coordinator, is always there for me, putting up with me with my craziness and swearing!

Recently my son received NDIS funding and he also decided to go with Concept Care. He did this because he had seen firsthand the problems that I have had in the past with other companies. He felt like this would be a perfect option for him as he has seen firsthandhow well that I have been treated!!

My support buddies are Irene, Em, Meridy, Simone and Hope. I'm so lucky to have these wonderful people in my life! They all go above and beyond for me. I spend most of my shifts with Irene and we have so, so much fun together. We are always laughing at home and outand about. This gets my mind away from thinking about my disability and she shows me how much life can be fun. Irene listens to my ridiculous stories, to which they are many. We are always laughing! As I have extreme back pain she accommodates this by going slowly over speedhumps. She isvery thoughtful andi is always keeping an eye on me with me being so wobbly. This is a symptom of my traumatic brain injury. She is always stopping me bending over because this will make my backworse. Irene takes me to most of my appointments so that she can be updated on my health on a regular basis. Irene continued to suggest that I could swim to help me with my back, and after a year of her doing this she finally got me into the pool! It really does help me with my back pain.

Irene, Em and Meridy get involved with my painting, either by mixing up my paints or even painting with me or even painting their own piece of work. This spurs me on to paint more. I paint to enjoy myself but mainly to forget that I have a disability,and for me it works. All my support buddies bring their different personality traits to me and I just love this!

I'm so grateful and SUPER HAPPY to have these wonderful people in my life. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! I'm really looking forward to another year with my team! Im sure that it's going to be just perfect! :)

Had the wonderful Merridie today, o can in all honesty say she is one of the most genuinely nice person I have ever met, her care and compassion towards not on myself but also my children is second to none, Merridie goes above and beyond to make sure my physical and emotional needs are constantly met. Nothing is ever too much trouble or an issue, she turns up on time with a smile for everyone of my shifts, she is a keeper, I would love for her to get some sort of recognition for the wonderful job she does, she is always consistent which is exactly what we need.

I have learnt so much working as a support worker, and having to establish this journey with Concept Care is a great privilege. Working as a support worker has changed my perspective in life, and also being appreciative of myself in helping others. It's a rewarding feeling, knowing the work we do impacts others who are really in need. I will miss working with Concept care since I have been working with a great team for 9 months, from the management to caring team. The work environment is very welcoming and supportive in every steps of the way. Thank you Concept Care team & management.

My rating is based on the quaity of support workers Concept provides, rather than Concept itself. Although my dealings with Concept directcly have shown them to be prompt responders, who address matters raised. as Isaid the support workers have all shown to bereliable, trustworthy friendly, considerate and competent, almost without exception. Concept are not the first care provider I have used, I just wish I’d found them sooner.I should have said at the start, I am confined to a wheelchair after suffering a stroke that left me with severe left-side neglect

I have been with Concept Care for a while now and i am very happy with their service. My support team (Jemma, Deepika and many more) are very caring and supportive. They always go above and beyond to meet my needs. They are all highly experienced and many with background in nursing. They are always happy and ready to help with my everchanging needs.
Hats off to the back office support staff from Roster team, care coordinators, accounts (Sriram, Elijah, Lois, Tama, Morene and others). They are very polite, efficient and professional.
Overall I am very happy with the service and highly recommend them to others.

I have been a client and ambassador for concept Care for 2 years now and I enjoy working with my support team and Issac my co ordinator... I really enjoy seeing Nikhi and Santana very happy when they see me come in the office with great news about a new client or a staff member joining the concept Care team. What an amazing journey it has been. From the moment my mum joined concept care we have been treated with the utmost unbelievable love. Concept care always go beyond to make sure mum is taking care of her needs are met and most of all she feels valued. Concept care support workers have worked along side with mum through her whole journey and the positive impact they have made towards my mums wellbeing I can’t thank them enough! Started working with Concept Care 2 years ago, one of the best organisation to work with everyone in the office are very supportive, a big shout out to the director Nikhi she is the best as a director as well as a human being who supports her staff in every step.
