The bag is so useful and I’m glad i bought from concept global. I been searching to find the best bag for me for holiday and I saw on instagram then i look for bag and found one then order straight away. When I got it and I start put on then look at mirror. I feel more safe now. Now I’m look forward for my holiday in summer.

I have had mine for about two weeks and I use it all the time. I’m heading to New York City next week and I’m so happy I will have it on my trip. I feel so much better not having my credit cards, cash, and phone in my pocket/s. Now I will not be worrying about them falling out and losing them.

Long shipping and products come straight from China. Asking very high prices and advertising it as better quality, when in reality it is not!!

I bought 2 cross body bags for traveling. I gave one to my nephew and kept one for myself. I used mine on a recent trip to St Marteen. It was perfect for holding everything I needed. My passport,wallet,phone and cash all fit nicely. All of that would never have fit in my swimsuit pockets. The order was delivered faster than I expected.
I highly recommend this product.

I love the sling bag! It is high-quality and everything as described. I mistakenly ordered the smaller bag. When I contacted customer service, Justine was absolutely amazing with the customer service she provided. Her response was in minutes of my original email, and it was almost like chatting with her. She made it so seamless and easy. I recommend the product, and if you need it, the customer experience was fabulous!

For the past two weeks, I've had added peace of mind walking in public places because my new CONCEPT GLOBAL crossbody bag 2.0 has protected well my daily personal items: wallet, business card holder, metal credit card holder, pocketknife, key sets, and billfold. ‘Well constructed’ was my initial impression after removing each of my black & beige bags. The improved low-profile ‘2.0’ crossbody sling bags impressed. What stands out is the bag's 500D Nylon feeling sturdier — tough in a nice way, leaving zero doubt that my contents inside their zippered pockets will be protected from the weather. The steel cable straps (‘cut-proof’) were a standout safety feature, along with the close-to-the-body back zippered pockets. The YKK zippers, 3-point locking buckle system, and RFID-blocking lining throughout are shared with my leather Concept Global sling bags. The 500D Nylon collects lint when sitting against my cotton hoodies, but nothing a lint roller can't handle. I am very pleased with the 2.0 crossbody bags.

I enjoy the sling bag while doing my cruises, hold everything I need, cellphone, wallet, passport and money, I am a lefty and I have no issues with the bag, sits under my right arm and easy access to everything

This is one of my favorite bags. I use this when I travel with my family and on daily commutes/rides on my motorcycle. The RFID is legit. So much so, my push to start car can't recognize the key when it is in the bag. Lightweight and comfortable. A great quality product.

I took advantage of the BOGO deal. The bags arrived about 2.5 weeks after. I am a lefty and normally wear a sling bag in the front with the pocket openings pointing up. Unfortunately, the sling bags were right-sided and if I were to use it as it would normally, the bag will be on its side or it will have to go on my back.

I emailed customer service and they responded promptly. They were very gracious about solving my concern and gave me a refund. They suggested sharing the sling bags to someone who might want it, so I gave it to my wife who had been using it regularly. She loves the bag as it answers her needs when at work. They are large enough to fit her essentials.

I wish that I could have one for myself as well, but I am overwhelmed by the customer service response, which is why I’m giving them five stars.

This bag is slightly bigger than the previous bags and it's great to carry everything you need.

Update: I am updating to 3 stars as I just rec'd the products on the 21st and they seem ok. Will need to travel and use them to check out their durability. The reason for 3 stars is the fact that I was not provided an estimated arrival date when I ordered and did not realize they were made overseas and would require an extensive delivery time.

I ordered 2 sling bags on March 10th. Paid with PayPal. Have not heard anything on when I might expect arrival of the products. I called day before yesterday, and they said they would put a tracker on it and I would have all the info. within 48 hours, have heard nothing from that effort. Sent an email to customer service yesterday and they responded fairly quickly. They said they couldn't find the order even after I sent the info from the PayPal invoice. They then said they would turn this over to someone to look into it further. I asked today when I might expect some type of response as to their investigation or a ship date? No response as of this time. If I don't hear from them soon, I will ask PayPal to recover my money. Dissappointed so far.

I ordered a travel bag as a present for a friend. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I have asked for their help to find my package. They replied but nothing of an information came to me. After I received the bag, it was a huge disappointment. It's nothing like the advertised product. It's a low quality flee market product at best. I asked for my money back which I have got so that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Do not buy it!

Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in mijn ervaring met Concept Global. Op de website werd een duidelijke Buy One Get One Free actie geadverteerd voor een prijs rond de €30-€40. Op basis daarvan heb ik de bestelling geplaatst.

Na betaling bleek ineens dat de actie alleen zou gelden voor een veel duurdere versie van het product en dat de prijs €79,90 zou zijn. Dit staat totaal niet duidelijk vermeld in de advertentie en voelt eerlijk gezegd erg misleidend.

Toen ik hierover contact opnam met de klantenservice kreeg ik alleen standaardantwoorden en werd er niet echt ingegaan op mijn klacht. Ondanks dat ik zelfs een screenshot heb van de aanbieding, werd er geen oplossing geboden.

Mijn advies: trap niet in dit soort aanbiedingen en lees alles extreem goed na, want de actie wordt naar mijn mening niet transparant gepresenteerd en de klantenservice helpt je ook niet verder.

Bestilte en slingbag, der kom efter 3-4 uger så ok her.
Kvaliteten er derimod noget tvivlsom og helt sikkert ikke pengene værd. De skriver der er special lås og rem der ikke kan klippes over. Det er ikke tilfældet.billig plastic / nylon. Kan ikke anbefales
