I think I was one of the early customers when it was a small team. I worked directly with Tejas - the CEO.

As my needs grew, it was nice to see Concetto grow as well and very quickly I had pretty much about 3 - 4 folks from Concetto work about full time for my projects.

The projects ranged from complex WordPress to NextJS, Video automation and all sort of large scale efforts.

The entire team is great to work with - they even helped me out on weekends when there were emergencies so it's not like a contractor relationship. It was like having a team member you could rely on.

Honestly, I don't have anyone else I would consider. When I have a new project, Tejas and team are the only ones I reach out to. Their capabilities are wide and cover any wild idea I have.

Our company has worked with Concetto Labs on multiple projects, and we know and trust that our project manager will always assign the best resource for the project at hand. The team is always quick to communicate, jump on calls if needed, and work relentlessly until the project is complete.

Concetto Labs has been absolutely great to work with! While we were hesitant to partner with a team that operates primarily overseas, the team at Concetto Labs were amazingly responsive and accommodating with our effort. After losing communications with our original Taiwan app developer, the Concetto staff (Patrick and Parth) were very engaging and conducted an initial assessment of our Android based without presuring us for any upfront payment or contract commitment. Once the team had access to the original code, they quickly initiated steps to get our app republished on Google Play and proactively identified improvements for our app. Overall we are extremely impressed with how the Concetto team was able to improve and republish our Android app (whose code was developed from a separate vendor) with minimal guidance and no complaints. As a small startup, the fact that they were willing to support and treat us a valued customer was remarkable especially since local companies were non-responsive and viewed our app effort unworthy of their time. Fortunately the Concetto team was willing to accept us a valid partner which we are very appreciative of and look forward to the ongoing support.

Concetto Labs is coding our Power App based timesheet system and they don't quality check their product before releasing it. Every time they "update" their app, data disappears, it's painfully slow and buggy. This system is being developed for a large corporation, and the results are non-professional. Our company has wasted a lot of time and lost many man-hours trying to work with this App, trying to record our time worked...which should be a simple app to create. Do not hire this company.

Have been working with Concetto since 2023 on Azure & Power Platform elements. We have developed a great relationship with the dev team who are always ready to help. They listen and understand requirements well and deliver projects on time and in budget.

Caution Advised - Unsatisfactory Experience with Concetto Labs

As a business owner at the start-up phase, choosing the right partners is critical. Unfortunately, my experience with Concetto Labs was challenging and was far inferior my expectations.

Platform Expertise: The primary issue was the mismatch between their purported expertise and the actual skill set provided. I was promised Squarespace experts, but the team assigned to my project seemed unfamiliar with the platform. This led to a significant portion of the billed hours being allocated to research and development tasks that a Squarespace-proficient team might have completed much more efficiently.

Design Quality: Additionally, the quality of the design work delivered was below par. I found myself needing to step in and handle the majority of the design work, which was unexpected and time-consuming.

Communication Breakdown: There were also communication issues, particularly with the VP of Sales, who often seemed unaware of our previous email exchanges. This resulted in repetitive conversations and a general feeling of inefficiency.

Billing Concerns: My greatest concern was with the billing structure. I was charged based on hours spent, which, given the lack of Squarespace expertise, led to unnecessary costs for my business without delivering the expected results.

Advice to Potential Clients: For those considering Concetto Labs, I recommend requesting detailed case studies of their work, particularly in your specific field. It’s also crucial to communicate your expectations clearly to avoid similar situations.

Conclusion: In summary, while I believe Concetto Labs might have the potential for good work, my experience was far from satisfactory. It involved minimal output for maximal time investment and financial expenditure, which was especially challenging during my business's start-up phase. It was a costly enterprise engaging their services and I would never recommend their services based on my experience.

I am extremely happy with the support and experience of Concetto Labs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for outsourcing development services.

I hired Concetto labs to work on a custom development project and they didn't complete requirements and kept charging me money for tasks that weren't completed. I also posted a review on Clutch and one of their business managers told Clutch they never had any sort of relationship with me. Very dishonest business practices and quite deceitful. Stay away if you can read this.
