I would leave 0 stars if I could. Never received my purchase and customer service would not refund me my money. Very disappointing.

Never received order, shipping co. Says it was delivered to a mail rm, front desk, locations that don’t exist in my rural community. Customer service was basically non responsive telling me to check with my post office and provided a different tracking number than originally provided. My post office said neither tracking number was theirs and couldn’t help me. Further emails were answered were the exact same as the original indicating an automated response, rather than someone actually reading my emails. I’d hoped they just replace order instead I received the same response. “ check with your neighbors, check with your post office” When I told them I did the response was a repeat of their original email. Asked them to identify who does their last mile delivery, again they would t answer just the same original response.

I was happy with the quality and the layout of the book. I will be using it to help disadvantaged adults who are working to become apprentices in the trades. Some really struggle with fractions; which is critical for every trade. I hope this will help them pick it up quicker.

What you see isn't what you get
The advertisement shows a book like board that a child can manipulate the fraction pieces. What you get is a small cardboard 5 by 8 folded board with 2 sheets of fraction pieces, which most are too small for little fingers . This is from someone who has been in math education for over 36 years .

Very disappointed with all of the tracking verbiage indicating that this product came from Belgium when in fact it came from China! Silly me….
Also disappointed at the size of this product. Photos indicated that it was larger in size. Nothing near the actual size

This is international trade, one has to expect delays and other impediments to travel. The products look great, shipping was slow.

The tracking was fine until it said it was in US Customs and that very day was delivered to me in Australia! The packing had an address for Victoria, Australia. So I've paid US dollars for something that was posted up the road from me. It's rather small and in Chinese.

The kid loves this, has been playing with it all afternoon! Math is not my friend, so this is going to be a tremendous help for us!

Communication on the transit of product was exceptional. The product itself is fine - but if I saw it in an actual bricks & mortar store, I probably would not have purchased it. It makes for a great gift or learning tool.

Nice product, good that it is magnetic. Took a very long time to arrive.

My order number was 28458M208585. My package never arrived. I sent a support request because the tracking number that they provided showed the product was delivered. Conciset support requested that I wait a few das for the package and to check with the post office and neighbors. After doing all of this, the package still had not arrived several days later. Conciset made no effort to resolve the issue. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I believe that the company is a scam.

Updates for delivery

Great online tracking of package. Was somewhat surprised to see the packaging of the of the Fraction learning tool written in Chinese language!
Since this will be a gift to my grandkids I would have preferred it to be written in English language which they can read!

Considering the product came from Europe, it came relatively fast. I was happy with the number of status notifications too! The product is not exactly as I pictured it but that might be me. It does meet my needs.

I was kept informed all the way from despatch to delivery. Product looks great I'm sure my granddaughter will find it very useful.

Shipment received in reasonable length of time. Pricey, but a good visual learning tool for young students, so worth it.

Purchased for my Grandchildren, But I like it so much I think I should keep it.

The product arrived much faster than expected, and was easy to order.

The fraction book is in Chinese with no instructions in English at all. Specifically , on how to use the fraction frame. It is very small and I doubt it will provide any learning without directions on how to use it to teach a child fractions.
