Concrete Lab Opiniões

Fast service, despite pandemic, very helpful resources on the website and an excellent product. Very happy with our concrete worktops.

Third time ordering from these guys, always on time, great product and great support with technical questions. Highly recommend concrete lab all round 👍

Ordered for the second time from concrete lab and once again had a brilliant service, speedy delivery and very informative with the process of my order. The customer support from the team is next level, and offer any help if unsure about any part of your project. I can’t wait to use these guys again.

5 out of 9 tubs arrived damaged with concrete spilling out into the boxes. However, these were replaced free of charge no quibbles. Great service. Product is excellent, flows really well into mould.

Love the product. We did 3 wortops on our home renovation and I love the way they've come out. Could be clearer with the instructions, and send also inststructions with the products. Not made to clear about which fibers to put into the top coat for instance. But I got there in the end and we love it!

I contacted Concrete Lab for some advice before ordering and had received a helpful reply almost immediately. Following this I placed a small order and have been delighted with the quality of product. Further follow up emails with extra questions have also been responded to quickly. Excellent service, will order again.

I was producing a project that related to brutalist buildings and wanted to make some concrete items that would give someone the feel of concrete. I intended to make a book cover and a box file. Having searched the net, there was only one company who seemed to have the right product for home use, the patience to answer my questions and a set of brilliant YouTube teaching videos and that was Concrete Lab. I followed the advice to the letter and my results speak for themselves. It might not be a kitchen worktop, but you can definitely use this product for craft projects!

An amazing product to work with.
The information on the website and videos were very helpful.
I can not wait to start my next project.

Good service, high quality stuff, but that delivery charge is damn expensive!

Ordering from Sweden, post Brexit, I expected problems ordering from the U.K. as I’ve experienced with most orders.

Concretelab have been a pleasure to deal with.

Speedy responses to emails and questions, simple billing and payment and fast, efficient delivery with customs pre-cleared, therefore no delays.

Chris and the team at Concrete Lab need a massive Shout Out as their customer service is A+++!! The whole team is super friendly, willing to explain and re-explain till you fully get it and they have fantastic easy to follow youtube links showing you how to use their amazing products! Concrete Lab provided Hubby and I with a fantastic after work activity across about 3 weeks which was much easier than first anticipated. We made up a concrete outdoor dining set which looks like a grand design feature minus the price. Would totally do it again and use Concrete Lab's products. Thank you again for an exceptional experience all the way through!! :)

Great products, helpful advice, Perfect DIY worktops at low prices compared to granite/ quartz.
