I received a letter in the mail from conduent business services stating my personal information along with millions of Americans was obtained by an unsaid group or individual. This includes social security numbers and address and states I should accept 1 year of credit monitoring services free. I would rather have monetary relief and info on the company that was also responsible for this breach. This breach occurred last year and you can still sue. This is becoming common place and unfortunately none of these companies are doing the right thing by compensation of monetary means !
Conduent lost private personal data due to failures in their security practices
Utter incompetence for this company to allow a breach of sensitive, protected personal data to occur for several months before patching and to then wait more than a full year to disclose their failure to affected individuals, offering no legitimate recourse or assistance. This company needs to face consequences for violating the trust placed in them.
Inexcusable data security breach!
Today, February 6, 2026, I received a letter from this outfit informing me that they had been the target of a data breach and that my personal information including name, address, birth date and Social Security number had been compromised. This is the key information that opens us up to identity theft. I had never heard of them before, but they provide "business services" for my medical insurance carrier. The incident occurred over a year ago, January 13, 2025 and the letter is dated October 24, 2025 - THREE months ago! Their pitiful remedy is only a 12-month "free" credit monitoring service.
Companies by now should ensure proper data security controls. This speaks volumes about the quality of this place.
The management is not doing a good job
The management is not doing a good job. They lied about my performance. I did works very hard. They should talk to my coworker. She didn’t work hard. She stop and go somewhere three to four times a day. They should accuse her for causing me to screw up! And “gettin back in the office” is not a solution. They don’t care about my family situation.

Way2Go and their counterparts Conduent and Mastercard are a scam. It’s my opinion that the goal is to keep your money unobtainable so they can leverage the balance to make money for themselves. Absolute fraud! 3++++ hours wait time.

Conduent is ineffective, useless, and provides absolutely no customer service.

I have been working at Conduent for almost six years and my experience has been good. In my third year, I was able to grow into another department and get a salary increase. I have been lucky to work with a collaborative global team in my two positions. All the managers I've had so far have been exceptional leaders who truly care about me personally and as an associate. I have been able to travel some in my position and be part of incredible projects locally and globally. I can see myself growing here for many years to come.
Terrible management
Terrible company, terrible management, terrible work and life balance. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for in my life and it's definitely bad for your mental health. No room for job advancement and always looking for ways to set up employees for termination.

DON'T APPLY TO WORK HERE. I applied for the technical customer service advisor twice. After doing the initial assessments (which were extremely glitchy), I got invited to do an interview. The default interview time didn't work with my schedule so I checked my availability. While doing so, the interviewing app timed out and I had to forfeit my interview. I contacted the recruiting team on 8/2 and they said that the recruiter assigned to the requisitions you applied to will be informed in order to contact you as soon as possible to assist you in scheduling an interview.
I heard nothing until yesterday, 8/27, when they informed me that the previous role had closed and a new technical customer service advisor position had opened. I decided to give it another chance and applied again. Of course I encountered more glitches during the assessment process. When I emailed to confirm their receipt of my typing test, they sent another email which stated that they have decided to move forward with candidates who are better aligned with the skills needed for the role. This doesn't make sense because at this point, the first time I applied, they offered me an interview. (Keep in mind, I performed the same on the assessments both times.) But now they're already denying my application? They are either a very indecisive, disorganized company or they just like to give applicants the run-around. After reading some of the other reviews, I think it's a little of both.

Toxic Environment and Poor Leadership in Conduent Australia
I have been working at Conduent on a high-profile government project in Melbourne, Australia, controversially awarded in 2023. This project involves Conduent Victoria Ticketing System (CVTS), Conduent Business Services Australia (CBSA), and Conduent Business Services France (CBSF). Despite all being part of Conduent, there is a severe lack of collaboration, coordination, and trust between these entities.
Management blatantly lies to the government client about our capabilities and delivery timelines. They make promises without consulting the delivery team, leading to unrealistic expectations and inevitable failures. This dishonesty not only jeopardizes the project but also severely impacts team morale.
The management team for this project, spread across Australia, Europe, and Central America, is incompetent and fosters a toxic work environment. Bullying by management team is rampant, with employees frequently harassed. The leadership operates without direction, running the project like headless chickens.
The toxic atmosphere has led to employees suddenly disappearing without any farewells, creating an eerie and unsettling work environment. Many employees feel trapped and are desperately seeking other job opportunities.
Until significant changes are made in leadership and management practices, I would not recommend working on this project or at Conduent in Australia.
The wrong people are in leadership roles at Conduent
I was harassed, bullied, discriminated against, and then eventually terminated after I complained about disparate treatment to Conduent ethics. Consequently, management began harassing and bullying me in the absence of cure and ignored my requests for transfer. Afterwards (out of the blue), the new manager simply revoked my access to system and emailed my termination to my personal account when I never received an unsatisfactory performance report. This company is awful, the people are unprofessional, ruthless, narcissist, and insecure. Management brag about their families, and they boast when they think they outwit their clients, as a mechanism to deflect from their ineptness and substandard work in the absence of know-how. Now worries though - sooner than later, they will unnecessarily pass blame, after telling you that they bottleneck for job security.
Ridiculous and unprofessional company
Ridiculous and unprofessional company. They will not verify employment for their employees, so I would never consider working for them. They also take an F-you attitude in response to any inquiries. Clearly, they are trying to go out of business. I am happy to help them do just that, and allow for a genuine business to take their place in the market.
Appalling organisation
Appalling organisation. I have been charged for three Dartford crossings I didn't make in August and September. This has put my account into suspended status due to not having enough credit. I have complained by email four times with no response. Called and after 90 minutes on hold spoke to someone in customer services (which you can only reach if you select that you are a resident, even though I'm not). Was told the vehicle registration number detected on ANPR, which doesn't match my car and they had wrongly allocated the charges to me (it was one digit different). I was told the charges would be refunded but still nothing. I am still getting reminders to top up my account and my account is still suspended. I fully expect to get a PCN despite my complaint being validated on my phone call. Utter shambles. If the government can't run a single stretch of toll road efficiently and accurately then God help them with our NHS and other public services. Why have they appointed this useless company? I've researched and apparently the Dartford Crossing ANPR is only 95% accurate! I even, at first, reported a possible plate cloning to the police, and they confirmed they get a lot of that relating to the Dart charge and often people suspect cloning when it's just their inaccurate ANPR. My registration number is correctly displayed on my vehicle's plates.
Unbelievably poor
After trying at least once a day for over 6 weeks, I have finally managed to renew my Local Resident Discount for the Dart Charge, which is administered by Conduent. I’ve taken over 130 photos of documents to send them and tried to pay 48 times. I have never been nearer than 43 in their phone queue and have sent and received numerous emails. Finally, the only way left was to send everything to them by recorded delivery and to make them aware that I have kept evidence throughout. The level of service from this company is Kafkaesque.
Utterly USELESS
These guys are the payment processor for Dart Tag (in the UK - the Dartford Tunnel Toll charges). Since the change to them from the previous provider, nothing has worked. I cannot validate debit or credit cards. Its been like this for months. Something that basic and that simple they can't get to work.
