They are instantly responsive and have a good sales format which allows for giving your offer. Product was very well packed along with authenticity certificate, lifetime guarantee, invoice and care advice to give a really good unboxing experience. Their competitors don’t have the same high standards. Item received was also as shown in the listing and pics sent.

Bought a Christian Dior bag that was listed as pristine but the white bag has yellowed and several stones have fallen out. The way they rate their products is really misleading. Plus I feel it's too expensive for second hand. The original price of a YSL bag is 2.25 lakhs and they are selling a bag in neat condition (neat means obvious signs of wear and tear) for 1.65 lakhs. If I am spending 1.65 lakhs why would I buy a bag that has obvious signs of wear and tear?!?!

Worst customer service team I have ever experienced. I'm not a person that writes bad reviews but this company deserved one. No proactive communication on the status of my bag whatsoever, payment took over 3 months, blamed me for not following up with them ??!!! Overall DO NOT recommend - steer as far away as you can from them!!!

They waste your time, they send you bags, while asking about it & wanting to buy, they ll always sell it to the one who pays higher even if its 500/- more even if you hold the bag. No business ethics , nothing. They don’t value their customers. Sometimes they show you one picture & the bag comes in different condition. Don’t trust them at all. We have other good websites- Retag, label centric, Luxepolis, luxury bargain. I have attached a screenshot of one of their sales girls conversation. They are worst than local stores sales girls. Totally money minded. I dont understand how come the owner is unaware of such cheap tactics. May be they take their own profits of selling each bags so arises these problems .
