I ordered the arm sleeves

I ordered the arm sleeves, thigh and waist. I got the order about a month later. When I received them, they have a really strong odor. Also, there was supposed to be instructions on how to Peppermint wear and how to clean. Apparently they have an e- guide and you are supposed to get a link to the guide with your order. I didn't receive the guide so I reached out to customer service. I got an email back apologizing that the e-guide was not sent. This also had a brief explanation of how to use the protect. Laura, from customer service stayed she would send the link. I still didn't get it, so I messaged her once again. She replied stating I was not eligible for the e-guide... like what???? I pay this money for your product but I'm not eligible for the guide on how to use, or care for it!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, and I would never have bought them. I have used them once, and feel like they do nothing, but how do I know if I am doing wrong without a guide!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

We're genuinely sorry for this experience. The delayed shipping, missing instructions, and poor customer service were all failures under the previous ownership, and you're right to be frustrated.

1. Provide you with direct support and guidance on how to use and care for your product. Our team is here to help you get the most out of your Confitone arm sleeves.

Don’t believe return policy

I am only leaving a one star because I can’t leave a zero. Buyers beware- if you want to return your product do not believe what they post on their website as a 30 day risk free return policy. I had difficulty putting the sleeves on and wanted to return them and emailed them to return within the 30 days and was told I could only get 30% of my purchase returned. I repeatedly emailed them back referencing their policy and they just skirted around it and said they could only return 30%. Terrible site and very frustrating!

You're absolutely right. If our website promised a 30-day risk-free return, that's what should have happened. The previous owners of this brand failed to honor that, and we understand your frustration.

We're the new Confitone team, and we can't undo decisions made under previous ownership. But we can be honest about what we're changing:

1. Our return policy is now clear and enforced fairly for all customers going forward. No more miscommunication or exceptions.

2. We're committed to honoring what we promise, every time.

We know this doesn't undo what happened to you, and we genuinely regret that experience. If there's anything we can do to show you what the new Confitone is about—whether that's a replacement, store credit, or just better communication, we're open to talking about it.
