I have signed up for a one year programme. Although I was unable to complete the programme, Connectd provided an excellent member service. The account managers go above and beyond to support their team members (which was my case). The platform is easy to use and access and the path is easy enough to follow.

Well structured, fast placement, and clear information along the entire journey about what was needed to get started as a board advisor through the connectd platform. It took me about a month to get fully placed from when I joined.

Connectd Academy was a great aggregation of critical items to have at the ready in an advisory role. It was succinct presentation of the tools that anyone should have at the ready to be able to support startup leadership and executive teams.

Finally connect'd goyt their act together and set me up with a company that really needed my help as a financial advisor. Time will tell whether or not this placement was successful but the signs are good.

The initial interview invitation implied they had a specific role for me. The meeting lasted 30 minutes:

The first 10 minutes were about my experience as a board member, which seemed okay.

The next 10 minutes were just them talking about how great it is to be a board member.

The final 10 minutes were a sales pitch for their system.

They revealed that to get a place, I would have to pay £2400 or £4500 for their course and then, (fingers crossed) I might get a role. I said, if the training is so good, let us make "commission-based," but they declined.
They clearly don't trust their own system.
