Had a problem with a component that I order about 4 years but had not got around to using yet. The manufacturer’s warranty had long since expired, but having spoken to Paul about the problem, he agreed to replace the part free of charge which arrived the next day. I purchased my Home Security System batteries from “connectec” as they were extremely competitive with their pricing, and I haven’t been disappointed with their prompt delivery service as they arrived early and safely.

I have been spoiled with free delivery on amazon and had to pay for postage, but to be honest their prices are still far more competitive than many competitors.

As yet I have still to fit these batteries, so can’t make any comment on the durability, but the existing batteries (same brand) have been fitted by the service maintainer for just over a year, so I have no doubt they will be man enough
