Contraté el Máster en Desarrollo Full-Stack y, cuando quise ejercer mi derecho de desistimiento dentro del plazo legal de 14 días, se negaron a devolverme el dinero. Alegan que en su página web dicen que sus cursos no tienen derecho a desistimiento, pero en el contrato que firmas no mencionan nada sobre esto.
Debes saber antes de inscribirte:
La ley en España y Europa (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 y Directiva 2011/83/UE) protege el derecho de desistimiento en compras online, permitiendo cancelar dentro de 14 días.
Conquer Blocks ignora la ley y se niega a reembolsar aunque lo solicites dentro del plazo legal.
Les envié varios correos, un segundo aviso e incluso un burofax certificado, pero siguen sin responder.
Intentan justificar su negativa con información en su web, pero en el contrato firmado no hay ninguna cláusula sobre la renuncia al desistimiento.
Si estás pensando en apuntarte a uno de sus cursos, piénsalo bien. Una vez pagues, no te devolverán el dinero, aunque legalmente deban hacerlo.
Estoy teniendo muchos problemas con los temas de instalaciones. Así como las explicaciones para los lenguajes de programación (Pseudo código y Python) están muy bien y claramente detalladas, los aspectos de instalación son un verdadero chaos. Recomendaría volver a grabar todos los videos de instalaciones (VirtualBox, Terminales, VS Code, Miniconda,...). Está todo muy fragmentado y disperso, y al final no sabemos exactamente lo que estamos haciendo. Lo de la VirtualBox es para usuarios bastante avanzados, pero se integra en el segundo módulo del curso... y lo que realmente es importante es como navegar dentro de la Terminal y los comandos (lo que está muy bien hecho y explicado, por cierto). Algo que se puede hacer fácilmente instalando la aplicación Ubuntu sin ninguna virtual Box se complica sin necesidad introduciendo la virtualización. El virtualizar la máquina e instalar distintos sistemas operativos no es necesario en etapas iniciales, y además como las instalaciones no se hacen en orden, confunden más que explican.

Mi experiencia con el Máster en Desarrollo Web Full Stack en Conquer Blocks
Me inscribí en un Master en Desarrollo Web Full Stack en la Academia Conquer Blocks (perteneciente a ConquerX, radicada en Dubai) en Marzo 2024 por el valor de 2000 euros. En su web se pueden ver las promesas de:
1- Trabajo Garantizado por contrato...
2- Programa más completo del mercado y si no te devuelven el dinero...
3- Aprender desde 0...
4- Aprender con un sistema de enseñanza enfocado al mundo laboral...
Estas mismas promesas me las dijeron en persona a través de una "sesión de claridad" con 30 minutos conversando uno a uno para eliminar todas las dudas antes de contratar. Y también realiza estas promesas el Tutor del Master a través de sus redes sociales en la cual hacen muchísimas campañas publicitarias.
Mi experiencia:
Cuando comienzo el Master me doy cuenta qué está bastante bien al principio, solo los dos primeros módulos y profesores, luego comienza a dar clases un programador que a mi parecer tiene muy poco conocimiento de pedagogía, así que se me hizo muy dificil de comprender.
Finalmente me inscribí en otra academia, también en español, en la cual sí pude avanzar, la cual me costó 50 dólares, claro porque no ofrece las garantías de Conquer Blocks. También continúo mi apredizaje en una academia gratuita en inglés que solo se paga por los exámenes si uno requiere la certificación, está está también super bien organizada.
Ambas muy recomendables y en mi opinión superan por lejos a Conquer Blocks. Claro que por los términos de Trustpilot, no puedo dar nombres ni dejar links de las mismas pero es importante mencionarlo dado que es una de las garantías de devolución que me han incumplido.
Tomo la decisión de avanzar en ambas 3 porque en realidad en Conquer Blocks me apoyaba en la garantía laboral la cual me prometieron que iba a ser 100% remoto desde cualquier lugar del mundo con un salario mínimo de 2000 euros mensaules, claramente la ecuación me cerró y por eso contrate y me animé a pagar el dinero que me costó la academia, era rápidamente recuperable.
Entonces cuando avanzo y me pongo al día, siendo que yo comencé en marzo y el curso ya había comenzado, me doy cuenta que el programa no estaba completo, que debía esperar que carguen más clases y el proyecto final y aún no conozco la envergadura de este. Luego comienzo a ver publicidades en redes sociales de Conquer Blocks diciendo que ya hay miles de alumnos recibidos y ya trabajando con estos salarios y nada de esto me pareció cierto ya que no se había recibido nadie aún, he echado en cuenta que somos la primer camada. Al plan de estudio no paran de modificarlo y no han subido ni una sola oferta laboral seria a la bolsa de trabajo, a mi criterio y basandome en las promesas y garantias que nos han ofrecido.
Entonces considero que no se han cumplido las promesas y garantías iniciales, lo que me ha generado una gran insatisfacción.
Me dijeron que el curso estaba cargado por completo y yo lo podría realizar a mi tiempo y que si le dedico full time, en 6 meses o incluso menos, lo iba a poder completar y finalizar muy bien y ya comenzar a trabajar, lo cual no fué cierto y todavía me encuentro cursando y esperándolos ya habiendo transcurrido 11 meses, siendo que hace varios meses atrás les he manifestado mi intensión de recuperar mi dinero ya que no puedo continuar esperándolos porque ya no dispongo del tiempo que sí disponía cuando tome la desición de comenzar, basandome en la información que ellos me brindaron. El retraso en la carga de contenido no coincidió las expectativas que me generaron con promesas concretas, afectando mi disponibilidad para completar el máster.
La única vuelta que le encontré es reclamar la devolución íntegra del dinero por incumplimiento del contrato.... Me respondieron inmediatamente negando cualquier devolución más allá de cualquier situación. También hable con el Tutor y bocero del Master y dice no tener incidencia en esas decisiones. Luego de mucho tiempo logré comunicarme con quien figura como dueño de la empresa, me realizó varias promesas más y extras a las originales, de manera verbal y dando su palabra a través de una videollamada, y una vez más, nada de esto se cumplió tampoco, sí habiendo yo cumplido mi parte.
He intentado solucionarlo por todas las vías posibles y de buena fe pero lastimosamente no he tenido éxito y me siento muy perjudicado.
Sin ánimos de perjudicar a la compañía, solo estoy contando mi experiencia para que nadie más salga perjudicado.
Asimismo anímo a los responsables a cambiar politicas, actiutdes y estratégias comerciales. Recomiendo que sean serios y honestos, que el precio sea acorde a lo que ofrecen, que escuchen a sus alumnos y alumnas y que sin han incumplido el contrato, asuman la responsabilidad.
La presentación del esquema del proyecto de capacitación, me hace sentir tranquilidad para poder recibir el conocimiento adecuado, e insertarme en el campo del desarrollo web.

Llevo un mes de haberme matriculado en el máster de desarrollo web full stack y estoy súper contenta. En la entrevista de claridad te lo explican todo al detalle de cómo funcionan el curso, la academia y las diferentes especializaciones. Una vez matriculado tienes acceso vitalicio al curso y la plataforma, de manera que te lo puedes ir sacando a tu ritmo en caso de tener dificultades de horarios y disponibilidad. y a la hora de pagar el curso te dan posibilidades de financiártelo. Los profes son súper atentos y se nota que están bien formados en lo suyo, puedes contactar directamente con ellos o a través de los chats de grupo a los que te dan acceso junto a la matrícula. Las clases de súper buena calidad, concisas, bien explicadas, ejercicios para ir poniendo en practica las cosas aprendidas. La plataforma funciona perfectamente, todavía no me ha dado ningún error. Y todo lo que necesites a la hora de descargarte programas te lo dejan muy bien explicado paso por paso, y lo mismo, cualquier cosa puedes contactar con ellos directamente que están muy atentos de ti. La verdad que si es lo que te gusta y tienes ganas es una muy buena opción para estudiar desarrollo web, o cualquiera de las especializaciones que ofrecen <3

Tras pagar la primera cuota y leer el contrato del curso vi que no era lo que buscaba. Lea he pedido que cancelen las cuotas y me dicen que al pasar los 14 dias no pueden cancelarlo, acto que conllevaria a deber el importe completo a la financiera. En ningún momento he firmado el contrato y aún así me dicen que el problema es mio. Unos estafadores de manual.
