To all that are part of Delivering Products to Customers ....
It's NOT [at present, the Product ]
It is the "DELIVERY" ...
The Boxed Product [was dumped] arrived looking more like a FOOTBALL ... than a BOX ...
Disgraceful to keep it the limits of not going Deeper ... The Product inside appears to look OK but has NOT been tried [ It's supposed to be a GIFT ].
The Products box is of a very POOR QUALITY too, it's more Paper, than any form of Cardboard, with colours, squashed at all corners and panels - thus not in a clear readable presentation, because of the crumbled/squassed nature ... and not something one, now, likes to present as a GIFT ...
Furthermore, it was placed [ but could have been thrown ] next to the property gate ... a location in full view of any passer by ...
At the gate are Signs "" All deliveries to be delivered inside the GATE - There is NO Dog"" ...
On the Gate handle is a sign [ in RED - Font 60 ] to ""LIFT "" it ...
Two very simple instructions, very little effort to follow [Many other can do it and DO Follow it ], but your delivery agent has a low level attitude, can't read, is lazy, has NO Customer Service skills nor follows any 'protocols for deliveries ... and most likely all those in the process of delivering parcels have made contributions to the state in which it was delivered ...

The Person(s)/Business delivering should all get sacked ... or RE-TRAINED ...

One star ONLY because I can't give zero. Avoid them like the plague. I ordered from them and several weeks later the item "allegedly" was delivered. The item was NOT delivered, I NEVER received it. After several emails and me making the same statement over and over, they are putting this back on me telling me to contact my post office...WHAT?? the post office was not the carrier! Then they said they no longer use that shipping courier. Such BS. They have yet to provide ANY proof that my item was delivered other than saying "it was delivered". These people are scammers, they suck and I am going to continue to fight with them until this is resolved. Learn from my mistake, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE BASTARDS.

I purchased these items for the 4th of July! I received them today on the 20th of July! They said made in America and will ship from America!! When I received the shipping update it said it was in Denmark! I tried to cancel the order then! They said I had to receive it first before they will refund! The products I received are nothing like what was advertised!! They are cheap and small! I would never use these products! I want to return them and get my money refunded! ASAP!!

Took 2 months to arrive and no rum with the small bottles.
The advertising was misleading.

The order took a very long time to arrive. I finally received them and they are much smaller than we thought.

If only I could give it no stars.

Bought 2 expensive advent calendars, arrived 10 weeks after purchase and not at all like what what advertised. Fake goods, plastic rubbish. No full refund offered. Please avoid.

Really poor customer experience. The product I received was nothing like the product I ordered, and the offered refund was only 10% of what I actually paid. This site is a scam, and nobody should spend their money here.
