I ordered a bouquet from interflora for a family birth. I love 3 hours away so had no choice. Interflora picked this company and quite frankly the bouquet was very below par and certainly not the £65 it cost me. Interflora need to remove this florists from thier books. Huge con. pictures sent as requested and would love to see the picture you say you took so my daughter can clarify that is what ahe recired for 65 pounds

Flowers for Mum’s Funeral

I ordered a sheaf of flowers via Interflora for my mother’s funeral for 7th April at Chesterfield Crematorium. The flowers were beautiful and everyone who attended commented on how pretty they were. They were delivered in plenty of time to the funeral director and were placed on the coffin. I would like to thank the florist for the care they took over the choice of flowers and greenery.

So it's not very often I leave reviews like this and especially as they were a gift from my husband but I just feel I can't not post about my bouquet. This apparently was a valentines day bunch sold at £40+ and to say I begged him to purchase from this store I'm so disappointed.hardly any flowers included and more foliage than flowers! I was so excited to receive a special bunch as a new mum and my first valentines as a mother I had high hopes for the store and I feel heartbroken that he has been ripped off.

You have a ready had our response, if you continue to trash our business on social media we will seek to take legal action.
We understand if you not happy but, if you had done this the correct way this could have easily been resolved, we will not tolerate this continue comment regarding other post that are promoting other occasions and that have no bearing on your flowers.

My daughter received a bouquet through Interflora yesterday for her 21st birthday from her sister who lives in Dubai.
There are very few flowers in the bouquet for £50! And the quality is dreadful.
Broken flowers that have clearly not happened in transit, withering chrysanthemum stem (just1!)
And simply tired looking and sparse.
I called to let them know about it and quite frankly the lady was so decent from the start of my conversation before adamantly telling me they left her in good condition. She told me to take it up with interflora.
I actually do not understand how this lady is in business with such a terrible attitude towards customer concerns.

Senga, Many thanks for the below post, just so we are very clear the bouquet wasn’t for £50 the bouquet was for £43.50
We also take pictures of the bouquet before and after delivery which I’m more then happy to send you so you can clearly see that the bouquet wasn’t damaged in transit and the flowers were not wilted as they are not chrysanthemum. You was very rude to my staff and threatened to plaster over our website.
This is for you daughter to action if she’s not happy not a third party.
You do have to call Interflora if you are not happy with your flowers, they would have resolved any issue and we would have been happy to replace the bouquet if asked by Interflora’s as you will see from our yell.com, and website we are a 5* florist

My Mother received a box of flowers for…

My Mother received a box of flowers for her birthday from her friend, made from Conservatory Florist.
To say my Mum was disappointed with the bouquet is an understatement. There where 3 single stems of Chrysanthemum type flowers 1 stem of statice, 1 rose and a couple of stems of greenery. For £35. We will not be recommending this florist. Sorry.

We appreciate that from time to time customers are not always happy, and we do try to make sure every bouquet leaving our company has the correct balance of flowers and value.

It’s important for us to take onboard customers feed.

I won’t buy from here again.

I had two bunches of flowers bought for me for mother’s day from my two daughters (my partner purchased them on Saturday 29th) but they are dead already, only had them 4 days overall! I was embarrassed to tell him they had been thrown away when he asked what they were. I will not use this Florist again.

I do appreciate that your disappointed, things do go wrong from time to time no business is perfect, flowers are a living thing if you would have called use directly I would have sent you out a replacement bouquet.
But unfortunately you would rather complain on trustpilot.

My go to florist!!🌷

Every 10-14 days I get flowers for my dining room table from Conservatory Florist, I call and pre order and let the staff choose the flowers for me and they never fail to make me smile. They are always fresh, bright and beautiful and sometimes they last longer than two weeks.

The team cater to my every need, they are kind, comforting, pay attention to detail and always prioritise my needs.

I have been going to Conservatory Florist to see Ian & Donna for the last 10 years and don’t plan on stopping any time soon!! Thank you for being the best in town. 🌺🌷🌸

Beautiful flowers!

I ordered my mum an early mothers day bouquet and wow! Absolutely incredible, everything I asked for and more. The fresh colourful flowers were exactly what I asked for and my mum adored them! I will definitely be a returning customer. Such a friendly and professional bunch of staff!

It came in perfect timing and was able to track the order to my mums address and got a lovely photo. Would highly recommend thanks again!

Birthday flowers ordered via interflora with AM delivery requested due to specific commitments - no flowers delivered before noon meaning no birthday flowers for my loved one!
Not impressed.

In reply to the somewhat shirty reply I had from this florist..

I purchased the flowers for AM delivery on Tuesday 18.2.25 for AM delivery today.
I specifically paid for before noon delivery to which I was told your florist was aware of and the van was out for delivery and I wouldn’t receive my flowers before noon and requested for me to ask a neighbour to take them in for me.

So respectfully do not ask me to get my facts straight when I have written proof my purchase and my discussion with the interflora rep.

Yes I did cancel my order as there was nobody going to be available to receive the flowers I requested before noon.

End of discussion.

Amie, Can I ask when was the order placed for the AM Delivery and what time and date was this specified.
If this was an order placed this morning with Interflora, we made it very clear that our drivers were already out delivering and it was not possible.
Before making comments on trustpilot please make sure, you yourself are correct.

Maybe next time you could place an order for an Am delivery before the actual day.

This way you will get the requested AM delivery.
Which we didn’t miss as you cancelled the order.

So we are clear we only received the order today at 10am I’m don’t lie I’ve always delivered on time on Am delivery’s which we pride ourselves in, please take this up with interflora and this 1* crap in not justified as we’ve done absolutely nothing wrong, we told Interflora we couldn’t do this order when our delivery drivers had already left
Call me tomorrow to discuss as I’m NOT happy at all

Just awesome

I ordered a Lily bouquet for a friend's birthday, unfortunately she got delayed on her holiday, I contacted Conservatory Flowers and without hesitation they let me change the date of collection to the following week. When I collected them there were absolutely beautiful and made my friend cry when she saw them (very unusual)
I have had lots of flowers from them and will carry on doing

Received a beautiful bouquet ready in a vase. It was an unexpected gift from my best friend in New Zealand. The flowers are beautiful and I am delighted with them. The person who delivered them was really lovely too.

I had a beautiful bouquet sent to me for my birthday from a friend. It was lovely colours and it lasted ages . When my friend saw it she was really pleased with it. Thank you to the conservatory florist you did a fabulous job .

Brilliant flowers and delivery.

The flowers I received were of excellent quality plus they actually lasted a long time as well.
I have bought them through the website and over the phone and have been brilliant on both occasions.

Have to say worst £30 for flowers

Have to say worst £30 for flowers I have ever spent, petals falling off and not even got them home, when putting it up against 3 bunches of flower for £12 from Aldi I am ashamed to give the £30 table top bouquet to a family member. It's a sad I can't add photos for comparison to show the huge difference you need to up your game we used to go to Margrets Florist but now your the last left looks like I will have go somewhere else its a sad shame

I would like to give the team at Conservatory Florist the biggest possible thank you for making out beautiful wedding flowers. I went in with a photo, no idea what half the flowers were and my dream was created by them! Everyone commented on how beautiful all the bouquets and buttonhole were and they lasted for a few weeks after so they could be enjoyed by our family and friends. The florist made a beautiful bouquet for me. It was last minute and I messaged them the night before, the flowers were ready the next morning. Very prompt service. The flowers looked lovely and the service was great. I would highly recommend this florist. Very prompt.
