We have been working with Consistent Listings for just a month now, and just signed our first listing! Ryan & Harry are very skilled at marketing in the highly competitive real estate industry and have done an amazing job getting our ads up and dialed in. We have tried a lot of different lead generating methods, but the quality of these leads are drastically better. We are extremely happy with our results so far!

Ryan and Harry are the real deal. Super responsive and genuinely interested in my success. The leads I’ve received are happy to talk to me (talk about a nice change compared to other lead gen efforts!) and I don’t have to chase the leads down. Best lead gen I’ve tried in my career. It's been just a few weeks with RealtiLaunch and they've already been living up to the "Consistent Listings" name. My ads had been live for less than a week and I started getting leads. Real leads, who are looking for home evals or seller guides. I've already got a listing appt scheduled for tomorrow and several other leads that I'll be nurturing. They promised tons of leads and they delivered. The number of sellers I am able to connect with because of these ads has been almost overwhelming. What a good problem to have! The process is simple and they monitor and run the entire program from start to finish. All you have to do is shoot the videos and make the calls when the leads come in. 10/10 recommend.

I have never done any sort of paid advertising because frankly I had NO idea where to start and I didn't want to waste a bunch of money for cold leads. When Johnny and Olly first reached out I was skeptical but they seemed to have a good handle on the systems so I took a leap of faith. I have been SO pleased with the result! First of all, they are really helpful with set up- and very patient! Second, when it comes to ads and all the tech stuff, they handle EVERYTHING!!!! The leads I am getting are REAL! So far I've had a very good experience. Ollie and Jonny are very knowledgeable about YouTube marketing. I was a little skeptical at first, and filming the videos was out of my comfort zone, but once my YouTube campaign was up and running with no glitches, I started receiving very good seller leads. It's still very early in the process, but I've had three in person seller listing appointments within the first 10 days.

Olly and Jonny have been great to work with! They started running YouTube ads for our real estate business approximately one month ago. I was surprised to receive ten leads within the first few days! I scheduled an appointment with one of them. Afterwards, the seller told me they will be listing their home with me! Based on this, and given its current success, I intend to increase my ad spend soon. This is for REAL. Harry & Ryan really know what they're doing and are really actually committed to making this work for agents. The guarantee seems real, that they would really honor it (I've pushed on that) but at this point I don't think I'll need it because I've received several really strong leads who already seem to trust me just in the first few weeks.

I have tried many lead generation systems in my 8 years in real estate and had gotten quite cynical about them honestly. I think Harry's charm and quite possibly his English accent got me listening and kept me there long enough to get a clear understanding of what Realtilaunch does or proposes to do for agents. I took a leap of faith and am I glad I did. I have had my ads up for 13 days since then 5-6 leads have come in, 2 of them being within either an immediate time frame or within the next 1-3 months, another within a year. The clients are actually responding to the system text messages and when I call ready to talk to me. I think the video gives them trust, finds likability, and helps me not to seems like a stranger to them. I hope to close one deal tomorrow and have another two sided deal that I feel I have a good chance of landing soon. Ryan and Harry are sincere, caring and have a system and a plan that works. If you are lucky enough to work with them, do it! I can't wait to see where I am 6 months down the road!!

We launched my YouTube videos this week on Monday and I've had a new lead everyday with two leads coming in the 2nd day! I have one scheduled appointment and the others are wanting more information.
