Does this company actually provide the purchased goods? Or is it a scam?
Tracking tells me my purchase left the local shopping partner four days ago. Nothing has arrived. Email to the tracker's given email bounces back as not existing.
I cannot find a number to call.
They got my money and all I got was a salutary lesson in trust.

Advertisement for an ice mold "shipped from Mississippi" was 2 weeks wandering through Customs in Spain. I emailed to cancel and received the too late to cancel reply. I followed up with a demand for a refund by a date 5 days off or a meeting at my local Courthouse if not received. Their followup says refund in 5 days for full amount.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. My initial tracking number originated from Switzerland and bounced around the world for over a month and then they supposedly resent the package saying it was out of stock but now it’s coming from China. I filed a claim with PayPal, which just started the conversation with this company in the background with several excuses. I emailed them to say I still don’t have my package and they emailed back letting me know that they’re on vacation and that if I email a lot it just causes confusion. I ordered my item in December 2025 and I still don’t have it.

Company gives a tracking number that universal tracking can't track and only shows in the tracker they link in email. Claims to ship from Italy, but the website is owned by someone purported to be in China. Google reports both the merchant site and tracking site as illegitimate.

I ordered an outfit for a trip in 2025. I like many others never got my order. I still have the order number and information about my order. Emailed the site several times and always told it was on its way. I have taken the trip and still not outfit. Please do not use this site. They will not send you what you ordered. My credit card was never charged but, if it is I will be contacting my credit company.

The item I ordered was fragile. It arrived a month late and had no bubble wrap or any cushioning, just placed in a regular envelope. Needless to say it arrived broken into many pieces. After many emails back and forth they agreed to credit my PayPal account $5 instead of the $25 because they kept insisting that the item did arrive ( even if it was broken and useless).

I would give ZERO stars, negative even. I ordered three "collectible Ozzy whiskey bottles" after his death. The pictures looked amazing and they appeared to be selling out quickly so I ordered three different ones. The tracking came from Italy and Ireland so I was excited. After a month, I received the products. They look nothing like the items I ordered and the tracking numbers came from New York and Ohio. The company says they won't issue a refund until I spend my own money sending the trash back to China and they inspect it to make sure it is up to their standards. Yet, they don't care that this does not meet my standards and expectations and NOTHING like what I actually bought. They claim the exact item arrived and never even mentioned the difference in what I ordered and what I got. I even sent them pictures to show the vast difference! This is a typical bait and switch scam! Do not use this site for anything!!!!!! They fight every moment to keep people's money for their cheap crap.

Worst experience ever. Got scammed so bad. They misrepresented themselves. I ordered etched see-through Ozzy Osbourne decanters. They weren't even the size of my hand. They were supposed to have alcohol in them they did not. All they have was stickers that weren't even done correctly and they were so tiny I can't put anything in them three shots that would probably be it. I want my money back and they keep offering me like $3 at a time we're up to 10 and I told him I want my money back. We need to all go on social media and we need to talk about them until they give our money back I've had a lot of my friends that ordered it with me. After I showed them the website and how beautiful it was. I've known Ozzy Osbourne since it Don't close Your eyes to her my production company did. And this is bullshit I am so angry right now. And if I could give them a minus five stars I would.

Not only did I not order something from Constituent/Trophypro, for $62.82, they charged my credit card and went thru PayPal, a company I never use.

This company is not shipped from MS. Do not buy from them. My order was shipped from somewhere in Europe and was in France for days en route. Got it in 5 weeks. Crazy! Product quality was poor I was sucked in by the cute ad

I order merchandise in Feb 2025. Repeatedly tried to contact after reading reviews. I tried to cancel over and over with no response. Then finally in May I received the package and it was extremely poor quality. I think it was the cheapest plastic they could find. Still tried to contact no respond. DO NOT ORDER COMPACT LUCH BAGS FROM THEM THEY DONT KERP ITEMS COLD AND FALL APART

Item was not as described and while the ad said it was made in the USA - it wasn’t - and the ad also said “100% money back guarantee” also not true. Original order was $41.93 and my card was charged $52.41.
Have been trying to return it and get a refund for over a month. They offered me $11. TOTAL SCAM.

If you live in the USA and want your product quickly, that will NOT be happening with this company. Says shipping will be from the United States of America. It is NOT shipped from the United States of America. You will not receive your product for months. If you receive it at all. Do not trust this company. Do not buy from this website.

The product item I bought said made in the USA. Expecting it to be and a reasonable delivery, come to find out this is being shipped from Spain. I asked Customer Service about this. They have not addressed my question, to this day and I still have not received the purchase. Latest update I get is that its being inspected by Customs in Spain. I ordered this 13 days ago. I tried to cancel the order but they said it was sent out. It was still in Spain and still is!!! They ignore every question I've asked and only provide a tracking number. I recommend anyone and everyone interested in purchasing through Constituient.com to beware of them and check everything cautiously before ordering.

I bought the casual travel 2 piece suit supposed to be wrinkle free but it’s not the material is very cheap looking and it has made in china on the tags and it also says use cool iron
I ordered small petite size and it is very big the pants are very long
I would not recommend this company for clothes as they are scamming people and they lie about were the product is made and what the product is

Don't waste your time or money. I still have not received my order and it's been almost a month. The company lists itself as made in America and shipping from America which was why I purchased from them but neither is true. The first tracking notice showed the item coming from Spain...then when I emailed them about delivery, they updated it and showed it coming from China. I repeat...do not do business with the company.

First all they said USA. They said shipped out of Mississippi. Then they said will receive order3to 6 business days. I received the order today, a month later. The clothes are cheaply made from China. The original package said from China. There not even the same clothes that they show on their web

I ordered 4 items on 1/27/25. Said VIP delivery 1-3 days! Paid $131.00, shipping status didn’t say much. Today 4/1/25 checked on status again. It says delivered 3/12/25 at 11am in or around the mailbox. First of all with 4 items don’t think it’ll fit in my mailbox. We check it 4x a week. It was never ever delivered! Where are my 4 pieces I paid for. Big fat zero star rating. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I hope I can get my money back or at least my merchandise!

I ordered 2 items in January. As of 3/27 I have still not received. Shipping confirmation email received on 3/27 saying items were delivered in 3/20. No proof of delivery available. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Guess this was money wasted and lesson learned. Never buy from this company!

Update 4/11/25 - Still nothing. Customer Service keeps saying check with post office. Nothing there and they don't offer any additional assistance or the option of a refund.
