Bought a new $12k bike from them. The bike came in missing a piece from the frame. Had to keep calling them to get an answer. They kept saying they’ll look into it and call me back but they never did. Tubeless tires were setup with tubes even though they advertise a $300 feee setup including tubeless setup included. Shimano shifters were missing firmware updates and required a visit to a dealer to do. Wheel sensors were non functional and require more visits to local dealer to fix. So unprofessional and outright shady. If this is how they treat a customer who just spent $14k, I can’t imagine how they treat others who spent less. Stay away. Lots of other honest online dealers to choose from.

I've placed a couple of orders and everything went flawlessly. Customer service was helpful when I needed to make a return.
