J'ai été formée récemment à l'utilisation de ce logiciel. Les formateurs sont top, tout est parfaitement expliqué. On a la possibilité de contacter l'équipe pour obtenir plus de détails et de revenir sur les formations au format pwp et vidéo. À l'issue de cette formation, j'ai validé les certifications "Les Fondamentaux" et "Expert Générale". La pratique est à venir !

Difficile de faire sans ContentSquare une fois qu'on a commencé à l'utiliser ! C'est un outil inévitable pour nous afin de valider des hypothèses UX, mettre en valeur notre stratégie CRO et prendre des décisions après analyses des features & comportements utilisateurs. I really appreciate the zoning analysis, which allows to precisely measure user engagement with a particular section of the website. As a UX designer, the user journey feature is also super useful to find blocks in the flows and eliminate them quickly.
