Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that was caused after the package was in UPS’s possession. UPS noted the shipment was damaged and the books were lost in transit. While we carefully pack every order before it leaves our facility, we unfortunately have no control over issues once packages are in UPS’s hands. That said, as soon as we became aware of the problem, we immediately sent out a replacement shipment to make it right as quickly as possible. Thanks for sharing this feedback — and I’m sorry for any confusion about the editions you received.

To clarify, we did not ship outdated materials. The exam you purchased these books for is specifically based on the 2017 Code Book and the 2020 Ugly’s, and the testing provider only allows those approved editions into the exam. Newer editions are not accepted for that exam, so we stock and ship the correct versions required to test.
