BEWARE! ⚠️ Product NOT as DESCRIBED!!!
I ordered exactly the deal for the ten pack of socks that I saw on Facebook, as a gift for my husband! He’s been wanting a sock with a thick cushiony sole, which were as described in your post. I did not know at the time that the cost was in US funds, perhaps my mistake but very costly in CD, nor how long it would be to get them, which I found a bit strange? But customer service soon reassured me not to worry about the length of time for delivery, however I was baffled when I found out that they came from France, so it took quite a while to get them! I was very disappointed when they did arrive with the quality of the material since they were not as described at all! Not cushiony as promised and quite expensive after all, so not much of a deal? I did decide to keep them to give to charity, since they are too small for my husband, and I did not want the hassle of sending them back, especially to France! I must say that your customer service did a good job 👍 in keeping me informed about the shipping info, throughout! However, I just received an email in response to my inquiry about my disappointment with the product, and it states that they are willing to offer me a $2 US compensation and I can keep the socks! Is this a typo error? I had not even asked for a compensation and it seems like they are laughing at me; I paid $30.07 USD, converted to $50.97 CND! They are asking me to accept this $2 USD to resolve the issue, I guess, one I did not ask for; I simply wanted them to be aware of what I thought of the product? I usually never have the need to write a review, especially to complain about a product, but I just don’t think that this is good customer service! So sorry about leaving this review and I hope you understand 😕
