A times, frustrating experience.
UPDATE: Had a productive discussion with Conveyancing.com.au around the issues that arose, and feel confident they were taken seriously and my issues were not the normal outcomes for the vast majority of customers.
Frustrating, stressful experience driven by overseas staff with no acknowledgement of mistakes or their impact. Poor communication. Lots of promises for updates that never come. Placating emails that ignored issues. I hoped this would be a streamlined professional operation with excellent communication but it just felt like a low cost operation that's offshored admin to maximise profit.

I am very satisfied with my dealings with CCA Conveyancing,particularly with Patricia Montesa,and Rodshard Mendoza from documents. They are pleasant , helpful and professional and efficient with all our dealings. I was able to reach Rodshard Mendoza every time I needed help with my forms. I felt the presence of safety and confidentiality during the whole process.He is helpful , efficient and patient with his guidance. The conveyancing exercise went smoothly and I was most impressed. Website oversells contract review turnaround. They were late in reviewing my contract and the review was a total waste of money with no usable information presented. Do not waste money and go with a local conveyancer.

The best price but service that is well beyond what you pay. Consistent updates, fast turnaround and 2 steps ahead of the game. Definitely shop around but I can guarantee you that these guys will save u money and anxiety.....
