Unprofessional, negligent, poor service
Unprofessional, poor service, poor communication. I do not recommend or trust this conveyancer because they missed a very critical planning permit that is now costing me thousands of dollars and more than 2 months' delay to my build. And they are refusing to take responsibility for this oversight.
They also neglected to forward to me important private communications between them and the seller's conveyancer.
From my experience, their service is generic and not tailored to your specific needs. Attention to detail is severely lacking.
Even if their services are complimentary, I would not engage them.

The attention to detail is seriously lacking. The vendor and I signed a deed of variation, and the loan amount also changed as a result. However, the documents they sent over continued to contain the old information, and I had to constantly remind them to use the updated price. Honestly, this level of service is not acceptable for conveyancing. And to make matters worse, their fees are not particularly competitive compared to other legal firms as it all adds up, I regret choosing them.

While the experience was not as you had hoped, we actively sought to improve the experience and get everything back on track. Further, we do not accept your feedback on our fees, they are transparent from the start and very competitive.

Disrespectful and insulting
Let me start with. On several other occasions that I have used this service for conveyance I have found the staff helpful and polite.
However, yesterday I spoke with a person at there office regarding a settlement that they were supposed to be handling for me. I found the staff member to be very rude by making fun of my hearing impairment not just once but on three occasions.
I would not recommend dealing with a firm that allows staff to be so disrespectful to their clients.

Excellent service. They handled two titles transfer. Kept us up to date. Explained and simplified a somewhat daunting and complex process. Easy to get in touch with. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended... specifically the Ivanhoe office. 👍🙂

Professional and Reliable Service
Great experience with , Mary Tampus / Conveyancing.com.au . The process of selling my property was handled smoothly and professionally, and I always felt confident that everything was on track. Communication was clear and friendly, which made things much less stressful. The only small improvement would be even more regular updates, but overall I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Straight forward and good value
Selling our property was relatively straight forward. They prepared all the documentation and informed us when we needed to sign or provide any documentation. All questions were answered promptly and settlement was pain free. Allan Clark was easy to work with. Using conveyancing.com.au again as a buyer

Multiple errors which was stressful but they fixed it eventually
Update: July 2025
The director contacted me to apologise, he agreed an error had occurred and they usually have a process in place which ensure funds from deposit are available to use day of settlement if there is a new purchase same day. So just unfortunate that an error was made on my settlement but they resolved it in the end.
Original post: errors were made on my purchase despite multiple conversations with the conveyancor they still missed the critical points (wrong bank listed on settlement so mine were not invited to the PEXA workspace, and not advising me if I wanted the deposit funds from the sale to be used for the new home purchase I needed to request this in advance).

Monique Ona was our documentation officer and she was very responsive to phone calls and emails. I really appreciate her support through the buying process as we had some last minute hiccups that needed a lot of to and fro discussions and her insights on previous similar cases was invaluable.
Our case was undoubtedly unique with a lot of questions on the ownership structure and tax liabilities, and Monique was able to adequately guide us through most of these.
