Such a great customer service from their team. I calmer regarding a sold out goalie bag that i desperately wanted for a Christmas gift. Although they were able to get it to me for Christmas, the team was very transparent, communicative, and even offered an alternative bag or refund on my order if I didn’t want to wait until they restocked it after the holiday. I chose to wait it out and received the order right as described. Very pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend!

Really nice! High quality! My kid liked it a lot!

It's a great bag and shipping was fast. The bummer... one day after we received it, you then lowered the price and you offered a free sweatshirt with purchase. Really sucked when my daughter found out.

Zero customer service. I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance for a return and have had no response.

Won't stop spamming me with emails to review, so here it is.

Great solid material. Just what we are looking for.

The bag arrived promptly and appears exceptionally sturdy. We appreciate the ample mesh areas on the bag, which facilitate airflow for the helmet. Considering the high quality of the bag, its price is quite reasonable. We’ve only had it for a week, so we’ll be observing its durability to determine if it can withstand the rigors of a goalie’s life.

There is no better carry bag out there. The materials are durable, stitching solid and the graphics are eye catching. The organization within the bag is amazing for young players to check all gear is there and help them dress efficiently. Now I just need to buy another one for the other kid!

Amazing product and amazing consumer service. Thank you my son loves his hockey bag.

Customer service was great! They care about their customers and stand behind the product. They play the sport and understand what we are looking for in a bag! Thank you again.

Great bag! Helps keep the bag so much more organized. I love it.

I can from my 30 year old varsity high school hockey bag that was finally falling part.

Awesome warranty period and the product is great. We love the name customization and the mesh for airing gear out! The bright inside is super helpful in finding items quickly. Would but again!

Didn’t delivered on time, not much of follow up regarding to the delay.

Even though we had to wait on a backorder, I am genuinely impressed with the bag. It is really nice and the compartments are great. My 10 year old loves it and it's a wonderful bag to grow into. The customer service was top notch as well.

Super easy to organize my gear.

The products and customer service is amazing! I feel like a valued and appreciated customer with every order and love repping their products! Many people ask where I got the gear and I'm happy to recommend C & B to them!

When I first opened the bag, I immediately thought how was all my gear going to fit in here better than my current bag but as I started putting things away, this bag is by far the best on the market I would highly suggest it to anybody whether you’re just getting into Hockey like me or whether you’ve been in Hockey for years it is so much worth the money because that was one of my biggest things once again I would highly suggest this bag to anyone and everyone in the material that it is made out out of is really tough and durable and I feel like this will last a very, very long time

Great website when searching for product. Checkout and delivery was very smooth. My bag came in great condition and is super great.

Our daughter loves her new bag! It fits everything, organized well and it’s easy for her to lift, carry or roll.

And customer service was extremely responsive throughout.
