First time ordering with Conway + Banks…
First time ordering with Conway + Banks and happy with the speed of processing and shipment of my order. I ordered a new hockey bag to replace my older Bauer bag. The former was a great bag but I appreciate the design and construction of this new C+B bag and (especially) the option to order it with my name and player number across the top. I've only used it for the past two weeks so I can't comment on the bag's durability just yet. As a senior adult player (not a goalie), I would definitely recommend ordering the XL-sized bag.

Nice bag
Nice bag. Well built. Pricey. Not sure about the foot mat flap. Used the mat flap once, seems a little fussy if moving the bag in tight locker room. Branding/graphics lackluster. Three and a half stars.

Love the bag, but pretty annoying to pay so much on customs and taxes to get it to Europe. Not the company‘s fault, the bag is decent!

I contacted them about the rods…
I contacted them about the rods snapping in the bag as part of the roller set up. They contacted to me with in 24 hrs and informed me that they didn’t sell those parts but was kind enough to remind me that I had purchased the 2 yr extended warranty and shipped me a replacement. I appreciate their honesty and the bag is very well put together!

Great product with all the features I needed for my young goalie. The material is strong, and the option to use compartments for his gear is a great feature.

The retail team at Conway and Banks were exceptionally helpful and friendly when I called asking for my order to be rushed. The hockey bag was a gift for my grandson and of the highest quality. I appreciated being able to connect and speak with a REAL person who obviously cares and is proud of their products and their company.
