The web site was easy to use, Placing the order was easy too. The Crystal Pitcher was very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition and the delivery within three days was excellent. A fist rate company with which to do business.

Order arrived very quickly, was very carefully packaged and exactly as expected. Very reasonable price too.

These pans were great but after 20 months my 30cm non stick pan is ready for the bin. It has just lost all its non stick and is marking very badly now, and yes I cared for it the way Mako said to. So just be careful because you only get 12 months warranty and mine didn’t last not long after that.

This was the first time I have ordered from cook n dine and I was very impressed. I was kept informed of the delivery status throughout. My item was packaged very well and arrived quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

Cook n Dine had the lowest price I could find for the set of plates I wanted. Delivery was very quick, everything packed well and no scratches or breakages. Altogether excellent.

No problems

Has an issue with one item, which they sorted straight away. Great customer service

I have been looking for a replacement mug as my original got broken and l was so pleased to find someone with the exact replacement, they were very efficient when ordering and delivery was great and well packaged.

Good value for quality knives and would use again. Not sure how the age restriction bit work's because I didn't need to sign for the delivery even though the knives are an over 18 item only? Not sure how this would prevent under 18's purchasing sharp kitchen knives?

Lovely set of bowls

Prompt delivery well packaged Quality product

Good prices and very well packed. Received 16 plates, 2 serving dishes and a gravy boat and all arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Very happy with my purchase. Well packaged and arrived in a timely manner.

Better prices than the big brand name suppliers & amazing delivery timelines, even at Christmas. Absolutely recommend this company.

“Very pleased with the service and how quickly everything arrived.”

Items as described. Speedy service. Would happily buy from you again.

Very helpful when my parcel was not delivered. They responded very promptly to my emails. They inspired confidence that the situation would be resolved. Excellent communication.
