Resposta da Coolhippo Personalised Banners & Gift wrap
Hi Lois,
We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your banner.
All of our personalised banners are printed using the exact wording entered by the customer at the time of ordering. The message is displayed on screen before checkout, allowing customers to check their spelling and wording before placing their order.
As personalisation is entirely customer-led, we're unable to take responsibility for spelling errors in the text provided.
We previously contacted customers where we spotted potential spelling mistakes, but unfortunately this often resulted in delayed orders and missed celebrations. We also found that many unusual spellings were intentional, such as jokes or plays on words.
For these reasons, we now print exactly what the customer has requested, ensuring orders are processed and dispatched promptly.
We're sorry the banner wasn't quite what you expected, but hope this helps explain our process.
Kind regards,
Cool Hippo

Colour wasn’t right
Cheap so thought I’d buy it
The colour font wasn’t right and looked faded
Sent an email in but was told this could happen….thought more could be done as I sent a picture in and didn’t look like the image before ordering
Ordered another one from another site. Which was much better.
